This place was great. I put in an order for the wrong time but the manager knew that was probably a mistake and went ahead and made my order and put in the walk in . So once he talked to me and I told him the time was a mistake all he had to do was cook it. That was awesome!! Great job!! Thank you so much

Warning to others, this Pizza Hut is apparently outsourcing delivery to some other service that isn’t identified. Ordered mini dish pizzas for myself and kids as they like them a lot. I got no advance notice the delivery would be outsourced. I NEVER order food delivery for food for my family, only myself. So I get notification when my order was being sent out for delivery they were using a service. Mind you, this was at 6:30pm, not off peak hours when they don’t have drivers typically on staff. So this random guy shows up with our pizzas, not in a bag but just individually carrying them. 3/5 stickers look perfectly put on the box. Two look either rushed or questionably moved. This is why I do not order food delivery unless for myself and via Uber Eats or Door Dash directly because the places I order from put it in a sealed bag.
Now to the food, the pizzas were absolutely terrible except one. Sauce was just slathered all over carelessly, and same for toppings and the cheese. Just zero care put into the pizzas. It’s a shame, as this location used to be decent. Now between the food quality and the delivery situation, they are permanently off my list.

Caleb took my order. I had some concerns with the carry out and # of toppings. 2 carry outs, 2 toppings each, but one of my pies I wanted 3 toppings on half and 1 on the other half. System defaulted to an up-charge.
Math is math and I disagreed based on logic. Presented my argument and he understood and fixed it.
This basic sense of customer service is why I’m taking my time out of my day to write a review

Big guy with the beard is really friendly and the pizza was yummy.
Have ordered from here several times since the GCS location closed. Everyone inside is usually pleasant and quick to greet/acknowledge you. Placed a fairly large order an hour before my son’s birthday dinner and expected to wait past my 4:30 pick-up time. My husband had the pizzas in hand and was headed home at 4:32. Everything was correct and tasted as it should.

Looks like old food?? Awful! Disappointed!!! I just wasted my money on cardboard breadsticks and pizza that, by the looks of it was not fresh. I’ve had the cupped Pepperoni before, normally it’s baked slightly crisp, but maintains it’s deep red color. This time it looked old and dry. Moving onto the breadsticks, they were hard and deflated. I can’t believe Pizza Hut thought it was OK to sell this to a customer!

Horrible... I've been coming here for a long time and lately the past five times they do not know how to put any sauce on things but want to charge you when you ask for more because there was hardly any sauce on the food
