Worst poke I've ever had, it was disgusting. I don't think anything we had was edible, it was that bad. Please stay away from this trash they call food.

Probably one of the worst poke bawls I have ever had. Tasteless, full of old onions and old reheated rice. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Now even sure how they got 4 stars.Service wasn’t good either. Two unhappy creatures made poke and ran behind the counter to gossip.Terrible.

I have been here 4 or 5 times. I keep coming back! I've tried several items and always enjoy. But the Ginger Chicken Salad is my favorite. They have my email and I enjoy getting those special discounts!

First time trying this place out. Food itself was just okay. Very strong vinegar smell and taste. Only ate maybe 1/4 the bowl and tossed the rest. The ants on the counter everywhere should’ve been my first red flag, but had already started ordering when I noticed them and decided to just roll with it. The staff were super friendly and helpful, though.

Going to pokemoto I wasn’t sure what to expect. Here in Orange Park, food is REALLY hit or miss so I was cautiously optimistic.I’m SO glad we went. We got the salmon miso poke bowl and it was delicious. The fish was fresh, the rice was cooked well, and they have plenty of toppings to make it how you want it.The location itself was clean and the staff was very friendly. This is my new poke spot.

I've never heard of poke until I moved to Jacksonville/OP. However this has to be one of my favorite poke restaurants in town. Every time I come here, I always get greeted and the employees there are really cool! I love Jacksonville

Horrible in the most disrespectful way. The boba comes out of a container from under the countertop and it feels like orbeez and has floating pieces in it and the boba is not milk, it’s just powdered milk mixed with water and you can see the particles floating throughout the cup. Nothing is fresh, the musubi is premade and wrapped in plastic wrap and sits out all day as if it’s displayed and they hand it to you when you order it right off the display area. The Poké bowl was filled with hot rice and a mix of toppings that were also sitting out and we ended up throwing it away immediately to not risk food poisoning.

Very disappointed ? Based off an IG post, I convinced my coworkers to try this place with me today. Safe to say..we are still hungry because about 90% off the food went to trash. It was a very strong vinegar taste and covered up with a ton of sauce. The staff was nice but they were so slow and had no sense of urgency, even with our orders being online. I hate to put businesses on blast but this was not worth any penny spent. Do not waste your money here..like we did.

A coworker heard of this place and so we decided to try them out today. I would not feed this to my dog and this was hands down the worst poke bowl I have had in my entire life! I stopped eating because I was fearful of getting food poisoning and could see a magical future on the toilet if I moved forward! My salmon poke bowl was full of vinegar and sauce and 1 single solitary thread of cilantro dancing so frail on top of this disgusting vinegar rice. The salmon were tiny pieces to feed to a toddler that were cooked not raw and had over kill of carrots. The musubi was full of more rice vinegar and a piece of spam of this and over cooked it scraped my throat as a swallowed. Not to mention my friends said when they picked up our online scheduled orders that were not ready they were rude did not know their menu and looked at them like they were aliens speaking another language. My opinion is if you have a specialty like poke bowl do it right or not at all! Will not be trying again!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible. Nothing is fresh and everything was disgusting. Such an embarrassment to pokes everywhere. This place needs to shut down asap. What a waste of money and hope. Don't come and spend any money.

Literally the best kept restaurant I’ve been to in a while! The food was super good and the service was so polite. Definitely will be coming back.
