I got an Ubereats order a few minutes ago, and I’ve had the chicken sandwich a few times. This one was by far the best and freshest it’s ever been. Great job!

I've been to this location about 4 times since I started working in the Orange Park area. There has ALWAYS been something wrong. I've been handed a completely wrong order at the drive-thru. I've gotten orders with no silverware no straw and no sauces even after asking. I've picked up lunch for the company I work for and there were meals missing parts and whole sides missing. It's just kind of disappointing...

This place can be hit or miss with how long it takes to get your food. Food is always good, though. Staff could be a little more friendly. Walked in one time and waited 15 minutes till I was greeted and got my order in.

Trash trash and trash! I ordered Mac and Cheese which is an up charge and they gave me mashed potatoes. Like I didn’t order that! And I spent more just to not have what I ordered. Also my chicken was room temp. Never again

Ordered over 30$ worth of food. Was told to pull up and wait. After 20 minutes I go in and find at least 6 people doing nothing. Just conversating. Turns out they forgot all about my order. There were at least 8 people working there. Two were actually busy but it looks like a very poorly run business. Won't go here ever again. The fry pit looked 🤢 nasty. They may have done me a favor because I got a refund and left.

Stop on my way home to pick up dinner they were out of fries & coleslaw I placed order in drive thru pulled around to pay and when I got to window was told they were out of biscuits and to pull over and they will bring order out.... After 10 minutes no food so I went inside asked for my money back . Will never stop here again . They need to repave the parking lot it's covered with potholes
