Last time I went it seemed unorganized and the food well it was missing some. I got the surf and turf and the 2 tenders I got were the size of one of my fingers it was very small and so were the shrimp it wasn't at all what I expected to see from Popeyes. Very disappointed and I actually had a coupon for something esle but coupons say I can't use at any of my location and none of my location sell what the coupon was for

I ordered chicken tenders but ended up with chicken slivers. There's more breading in this box than chicken. Popeyes is always full of themselves but this is ridiculous. No more Popeyes for me. I'll drive the extra little bit to KFC or settle for zaxbys

This location has to be one of the worst. They have a Caucasian lady working in the drive-thru that has dentures that is very racist. She took the Caucasian ladies order in front of me at the window and when I pulled up after I ordered on the mobile app she told me I had to drive around and get in line, a very long line. She also advised me that they're closed but somehow they're closed with an open drive through but they're not allowing people to walk in. I don't know what type of business Y'all got going on but that's not the type of business I like. There was a young lady by the name of Vonnie that was a sweetheart and prepared our order for us. We were supposed to pick up two mobile orders at 704 p.m. and 707 p.m. and we didn't get both of them until 7:27 p.m. I'm not sure who this lady is that works in the drive thru but she needs to be fired with a capital F! I will be reaching out to corporate and getting as far as I can with that.Update: I was contacted by the corporate and accommodated. Because of this I moved my rating up to 3 stars for service.*Side note* Visiting closer to opening is a big difference.

They don't get your orders right. Forgot my chicken sandwich togo when it was only 1 of the 2 items we ordered.
Smells like mold, mildew, and roach poop inside! Super nasty had to walk out. Tried to hold my breath while i was inside. Water leaks

Tonight I had the pleasure of being assisted by GM Robert at the 430 blanding BLVD. Orange Park, FL location. Robert’s attention to detail in assuring my order was correct definitely exceeded my expectations when ordering fast food. I have a bunch of picky eaters however, Robert made sure that each request was fulfilled accurately with quickness. I received superb customer service at this location. Oh & the food was “buss’n buss’n” as the kids say! 10/10 I definitely recommend
Warning! The service here at the Blanding Blvd location is horrible. Tried to order Tenders at 9:10 pm, they stated they were out of them and that there was limited chicken as well. This location is supposed to close at 10pm, however it seems they actually close at 9pm, and while they clean up and get ready to go they will sell you any of the day’s leftovers. The one on Argyle is much farther from me, but at least they don’t this to me when I roll up at 9ish.
