So I ordered on the red lobster website for delivery and they use DoorDash to deliver. My Dasher did not deliver my food to me. Did not even answer the phone. I waited outside. Had a complete nightmare dealing with DoorDash to get a refund. Still didn’t get a refund went up to red lobster in Orange Park on Blanding first of all the restaurant is clean beautiful the food was excellent. They remade my order gave me more biscuits and didn’t charge me extra so really owes lobster the refund now in my opinion because I was fully expecting to have to repay for my food since DoorDash didn’t deliver my food and the manager was more than kind told me not to worry about. It insisted that I take the food and it was just amazing not only were they so helpful and kind. The food was delicious. Everybody inside was nice and this is my new go to restaurant now, I will never use DoorDash again. I will just pick up my food but they made a nightmare better and I just want to give red lobster props for that and their management team and orange Park on Blanding Boulevard excellent excellent service and so very kind.

Pleasantly surprised! Last time we came (a couple of years ago) the food, service and atmosphere were all dismal. However, today was a complete 180! The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and the service was top notch. We came today to celebrate a couple of birthdays, and I am so glad we did! Jennifer B was our waitress and she was wonderful Attentive without being over bearing and had a smile on her face the entire time. Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely be back!

The food was ok, but way over priced. Guess that's why I had not been there in a while. I have never liked the atmosphere. It has a dark, somewhat unclean, feel about it. The waiter was outstanding! He was there when you needed service, but not hovering over you. This young man had the nicest & sweetest temperament. I have rarely been fortunate enough to be served by such an individual. He deserves more than 5 stars.If you keep him, brighten up your restaurant a bit, & drop the prices a tad, I will definitely be visiting Red Lobster more often. ?

I rarely venture out to eat as of late. Let me stop lying I hate eating out. Tonight I went for it and the experience started off great.Kendall our waitress is amazing. The biscuits were hot out the oven and my husband enjoyed his beverage. The mushrooms were a little off to me.My salad arrived and as I was pouring the dressing on a gentleman was being seated next to us.He had a service dog ( NO ONE HAS CONTROL OVER THIS) but I am extremely allergic to dogs. It didn't take a minute before my nose started running, my head started hurting, and my eyes started running. I immediately asked for another table.I'm sitting here kinda angry and just want to go home. I don't even want the food anymore. Finally made it out and my night was ruined.

I went here last night for prom! I had never gone to this specific location, but it was close to the venue. We got there around 6:30, mind you it’s just 4 of us there and it wasn’t super busy at all, and around 8 we still hadn’t gotten our food. We asked them to box it up for us once it was done since it was taking longer than anticipated, and once we received it, it was completely wrong! We ordered crab with a side of mac n cheese and fries, but we got one side of potatoes! We also ordered surf n turf with lobster tail, shrimp scampi, and steak, but we received just the steak and fried shrimp! I work in food service so I completely understand, I just couldn’t justify this! They did try and fix it with a $50 credit, which will bring us back, but I don’t think this specific experience was worth it! Our server was great, I just think there was an issue in the kitchen that definitely needs to be resolved ASAP!

I would have put 5 star for food but I have always got the Cajun shrimp linguine and it was always so good. Haven’t her. In a while so I was excited to get my normal. Well instead of the bite size shrimp they had bigger shrimp with tails on them. It totally changed the meal. I’m hoping you can order with the bite size shrimp if not I guess my favorite meal is gone and I have no reason to go back which is sad. Been getting it for years
