It's been a long time since my last visit to a Ruby Tuesday. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was 1140 AM on a Sunday the lunch rush had not started just yet. As it did besides the floor staff I spotted at least 3 mangers helping on the floor and checking on customers. We had a couple of burgers and salad. The salad bar was well stocked and a good variety of selections, the burgers were a. generous size, prepared very nicely. They we very tasty and dressed well. The only negative thing I could say about this wonderful visit is who ever seasoned the burgers was just a bit heavy with the salt, don't get me wrong the food was very good and I liked it alot even though a touch to much salt. I look forward to going back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a ruby Tuesday. First we had to wait because they where busy. Then we sat and there was less than half the restaurant full. I understand being short staffed but taking 10 mins to get our drink order and all the teas and lemonades where unsweetened. The food took forever and when it came out was completely wrong. They pour Cajun sauce all over the wrong meal and made it completely uneditable. Then asked if I wanted to just eat it. No, I want what I ordered. Then waiting another 45 mins to cook a rare steak. Came with my whole family for my father's birthday awful experience.

I ordered a combo of fried fish 🐟 and grilled shrimp 🍤 The fish were 3 or4 tiny strips, very soggy and did not taste well. The taste of the fish was worse than the unappealing view. The taste was similar to frozen pieces of fish at the local grocery store. I received 5 popcorn sized or perhaps smaller sized shirmp🍤 as a combo. Actually, the tiny shirmps were tasty. Overall 2.5 out of 5. It appeared the restaurant was not crowded, slow on service and limited personnel. I think they did their best.

You cannot find better deals anywhere when you sign up for their rewards program. We are always gettting buy one entree, get one free. Buy one entree, get another for $3. Service is hit or miss. The manager will go out of her way to make things right. The food is always good. My favorite is the ribeye steak. The ribs are good, The salad bar is amazing.
