Ordered on line to pick up two orders of chicken teriyaki using Doordash pick up app. The lady at the register didn't seem to speak English very well and basically said we don't have your food. So I wait in line and when I get back to the register the lady who doesn't speak English well basically told me they didn't have my order. So I rate Sarku at the Orange Park Mall zero stars but since the lowest rate I can give is 1 star they get 1 star only by default. The same rating goes to the Doordash Pick Up app as well. One and Done! Not coming back.

I work in the mall and no matter what, the app never works. No matter what the special is they can’t ring it up. You can’t ask questions because the cashier is always confused with the online orders

I've been a loyal customer here for awhile now I have never had any issues or complaints about the food nor the staff, food is always hot and delicious and the staff I see and interact on a daily basis are just amazing. I have always been treated with the highest respect as I treat them the same as well you feel as family, we joke and have many many laughs everyone here are just awesome we get along so well that I even named two of the woman there mama 1 and mama 2. The entire team here are good people from the staff upfront to the staff in the back, hands down this is the best location to come to 😊👏👏👏👍🤙.

-It's not my fault that you guys are short staffed. - Al I asked for is a veggie sushi roll, this does not take long. - You don't say we apologize or is it anything else we can do for you. - The comes and completely looks like she can barely understand what I'm saying. - She allowed her cashier to continue to defend how rude she was to me and walk off.

I used to like this place until I placed an order online and they gave me half the amount of food that they would give me if I walked in and ordered. They have these little to go boxes But I paid more and when I try to tell them about it, they were rude like I’m freaking blind or something. Complete scammers and their customer service sucks. But look at this half a box that they gave me you can see in the pictures. It’s nothing like the other pictures.
