There is a lot of food in the mall granite the Popeyes in there isn't the best of service. And a lot of the service in the Orange Park Mall has died. Put Sbarro's has literally fell off the map in horrible service disgusting food me and my wife regret getting our lunch from there yesterday we're sitting here with stomach aches today. So I believe from someone who has worked in many kitchens before that this is food poisoning. If it is not food poisoning it's from spoiled food. So as I leave a horrible review for this wretched pizza place. I want the owner to know that you guys need to pick it up and cook fresh food everyday. Try to do it every 3 hours. Does Stromboli was gross. Biggest waste of $20. I will never return here again. And I highly recommend those who read this review not to go there as well. Saving you a stomach ache and a couple of dollars.

Won’t be back ordered my wife 2 slices to go and the guy put them between paper plates when I got home cheese was stuck and ruined. For pizza that’s not even that good sure does take the cake when the lazy worker decided he doesn’t care about quality or presentation. This location deserves to be closed. Claimed he didn’t have boxes but not quite sure how that’s possible.

The workers there treated me very well, they are attentive and they are very good with the children because I saw that they give them cookies and chips. I was helped by the girl who, despite not mastering the language, is very friendly and is the only one who calls me Hanny. . (Sweet) I visit that pizzeria every weekend and I don't leave the mall without first buying those pizzas

Neither the person handling the food nor the cashier spoke good English or really cared about communication.When ordering I noticed there was a pizza with no red sauce. I asked if it was like Alfredo. His response was white cheddar. I’m not a huge fan of red sauce so I decided to go with it. He did seem to know enough English to ask for here or to go.At the register we were rung up for our two slices of pizza and two drinks. Our total was either $15 or $16 and some change. I asked the lady to please split my payment. $15 on one card. The rest on another. She gave me a blank look. Did something on the register and said okay. So I tapped my card. She didn’t say anything but the screen came up again to pay. Figuring she’d done as asked I switched cards as planned. She said $1. I told her I had wanted to split the payment. She should have been paid. She flipped the register screen around to show I owed $1. I said now I don’t know what’s what on the cards. I pulled out another card. Thinking it had gone through I stepped aside for my other half to grab our drinks. She called over the guy handling the food. He called out we still owed. I said to him it should be paid it was split between cards. He flipped the screen around to show I still owed $15. I ran the original card again. After affirming we were good we hurried along. It was a very embarrassing ordeal. I didn’t get a receipt. I do feel as if I somehow I over paid.Once I was seated my other half scouted out other places to get napkins and straws for our to order.I know it’s on the mall to keep the food court clean… there wasn’t a clear surface anywhere. The sides of the tables were sticky. There was a lady wondering around with a towel and spray pretending to clean. We found the least bad option to sit down.My other half had no complaints with his pizza. Mine was all right. There was no sauce of any kind. It was basically cheesy bread shaped like a slice of pizza.I told him I don’t want to eat here again. I don’t like places where I can’t be understood. I’m handicap and have enough issues without being made to feel incompetent and/or embarrassed.

they pizza is really good, coming from my point of view the customer service is always so perfect, on weekends it tends to get really busy and sometimes there quick to take your order and move onto the next person but coming from someone who currently works in food service i get how it is completely, they always make my pizza good and they never fail to make sure i got everything i needed/wanted, i really don’t understand why some people give this place bad reviews because honestly this is the best pizza in jacksonville 10/10 service 10/10 pizza and 10/10 composure, don’t stop doing what your doing
