The guy at the counter was rude to both me and my brother. When I was placing my order instead of saying pardon me to speak louder he rudely shouting WHAT in my face. The woman working at the cashier rolled her eyes at me and gave me a discussed look when I payed in cash. When my brother asked for napkins the guy tried to shoe him away before he said anything. I couldn’t even chew on the tapioca pearls because they didn’t have the right straws. Worst place I’ve experienced I surprised people still go here.

i tell you what after shopping all day at the mall iwas exhausted and needed something to drink Iwent to the smoothie shack and was greeted by acashier i believe his name was angel very nice andrespectful. the next week there was a another mannamed fredo a real gentleman i made sure toremember their names to write this review verygood employees definitely need a raise!

I took my young kids here for a smoothie and we were there for a few minutes before they opened at 11:00 AM. My kids were deciding on flavors when the man working there walked up and told us that they weren’t open. I told him that we would wait and he rudely told me to sit down at a table to wait because he wasn’t going to be open for another 15 minutes even though it says online that they open at 11:00 AM and it was literally 10:57!! I told him that we wanted to wait at the counter (because I had my two kids with me and wanted to keep my spot in line when they opened), but he told me I needed to sit down and wait?! We decided to just leave! I’ve never been told that I couldn’t wait in line before! The guy’s name was DJ.
Located in orange park mall in between the food court and bath and body works. Tried the coconut flavor with mango pops! Not too bad! Decent size. Wish the flavors didn't come from powder but I enjoyed it nevertheless. I see alot of comments that the guy is rude to customers...he was nice to my company who ordered. Excuse the half empty cup..I was thirsty!!!

Stopped by to get an iced coffee, only bc the place I normally go in the mall for coffee was closed due to a roof repair. I asked for a white chocolate and vanilla mixed iced coffee. The guy said “it cost more” which I was ok with. But then when I said that was fine he said “we can’t do that, you can only have one flavor”. I thought it was bc of the way it was made or something, that it was physically impossible to add more than one flavor. After watching him prep it, I realized that the flavors were added from scoops of powder. So it wasn’t that he couldn’t do it, he wouldn’t do it. I then asked if I paid for an additional coffee would he add the 2nd flavor, again he refused to do it. I’ve never been to a place that refuses to satisfy their customers.

I've bought Smoothies from this place for almost a year. I manage a shoppe at the mall. I've always paid $5 for my smoothie. A couple of months ago I asked the manager to make sure that he put extra peanut butter in my smoothie. He appeared agitated by his behavior and said that if I wanted extra peanut butter that I have to pay full price which is $12. So I started paying full price from that day forward. A few times I've watched him make a smoothie for another customer and then add my ingredients to the smoothie that he made for the other customer. Today I asked him not to do it. That I can taste the difference when he does that. He told me that I don't have to buy from there anymore if I don't like it. So I said give me my money back. And he did. This is the treatment that was served to a loyal customer that comes there a couple of times a week. I will NEVER go there again. Until he's no longer there.
