First Sonic I've ever been to that didnt know how to makena cream slush. Its made with ICE CREAM, not the cream they put in dirty sodas, which is gross. First time it happened I asked for it to be made correctly and they brought out the exact same drink. This time I'm just never ordering it here again.

If you go here, even when it’s not a busy time of day, be prepared to sit for 30-45 minutes. This is probably the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how they haven’t shut down yet.

They need to close everyone down!!! No matter what state I'm in, it's all the same!!! They suck!! Went down hill many years ago!

Waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes after they just told us to “wait”. There was a total of 3 cars on property when we pulled up.
Please pay these positions more, because you have some of the worst workforce behind maybe McDonalds.

It wasn't very busy but I only saw one employee working & he was staying busy. I believe his name was Dominic. He was quick & everything was the right when he brought it out. It's the small things these days when customer service and quality tends to have declined most places.

Every time I turn around the opening hours are later and later... Who wants to eat breakfast at 10am...
The car hop came out and gave me the food which I ordered in the app. I checked my bag to make sure that everything was good. The fries and tots were cold so I go back to the door to let her know only to met by a Melissa who has the worse attitude to over talk me and I told her at this point just give me a refund. She walked off. The manager came out and try to offer me new fries and at that point I didn’t want anything from here. Side note for people working around food if your mouth is horrible to look at don’t be around people food. Put a mask on over that because people do eat with their eyes!!

I ordered the bacon ranch queso wrap and got a wrap with a piece of chicken the size of my finger, a few pieces of shredded cheese and a ton of ranch in it. There was no bacon in it. Yall should be ashamed. I wish it would let me post the picture i took of it.
