First the positive: The smash burgers taste AMAZING! The negative: Long wait time and deceptive advertising and trade practices. The sign and picture show a burger with cheese for their $6.00 smasher combo. This location charged an additional .75 for cheese. This is wrong! I did not order extra cheese. The sign of their burger shows cheese. On line it states that the smasher comes with cheese. I called the Sonic 800 number and they could not help me. They state that it’s a local matter. I may take this matter further because it’s the principle of this and the deceptive trade practices more than the .75 charge.

Extremely long wait. I guess you get what pay for with fast food, but if managed properly this place could be a gold mine. Hopefully whomever owns this unit will sell it and allow someone to properly manage it. It’s hard to fault the staff at it seems it’s only one person doing all the work.

Almost every time I decide to give this sonic another chance, they never fail to let me down.
I always have to wait 20+ minutes for someone to bring my food out. I watch them serve customers who came and ordered after me.
Ridiculous!

WARNING THIS PLACE IS SLOW!!! In the drive thru for 29 minutes for a drink. Stupid of me to wait. My bad. I kept giving this location chance after chance from bad food to insane wait times. Won't be coming back.

You will wait in line for 10 minutes before you get a workers attention... these people either dont care at all, or are so understaffed. I question how the owner runs this franchise (this particular location), cause it's not good

Just sat at the drive and no answer for over 5 minutes. We decided to pull around to see if they were open. My husband saw three people on there phones. I called to and was told the microphone was off.

Horrible location. They are always understaffed. They turn their lights off well before closing and act like they don’t have any food or drinks. Needs to be shut down! Put something better there for our community!!! SHUT IT DOWN!!!

Doubled checked with the window cashier to make sure I had my sauces and she reassured me I did then I drive home and no sauce at all. Seriously? I call the store and the manager says I’m in the wrong because I didn’t ask for it at the window and they have to charge me, do mozzarella sticks not come with marinara already? And I would have paid for it obviously if they told me at the window but instead they told me they were in there. Also my cherry limeade didn’t even have cherries or limes in it lmao. Like two orders of mozzarella sticks, a corn dog, tater tots, and a cheeseburger….no mustard packets no ketchup packets like not even napkins????

By far the most confusing place I’ve ever seen. This sonic has been open since I was a kid and still blows my mind by the absolutely horrific service this place offers. How it truthfully stays open I have no idea. Pulled up this evening 9/14/25 and sat at the drive thru for a couple minutes before just pulling around to the window to see 3 employees leaning on their phones. At this point I see the window girl turn her mic on. A younger boy walks up and says do you need something? I asked if their speaker was broken and he says no we just have bad headsets, I laughed and drove off. Just close it down at this point, and hopefully sell the building too any other business.
