This is the absolute worst fast food place. Not even just the worst Sonic. I’m pretty sure the staffs whole deal is pissing you off so you’ll leave and they won’t have to do any work.

Went to this Sonic location last night and was extremely disappointed. We had paid for our food and waited for half an hour while the drive thru was continuously moving. After 30 minutes of waiting we went inside and we were dismissed by the manager with purple hair who did not apologize for the wait and continued only helping the drive thru. Our food was not even in the process of being made and when it was done the manager with purple hair shoved our food into our hands and walked away without saying anything. This is a very bad look on the company with unwelcoming and bad staff. I will not be returning.

Waited 30 minutes for my food last night. Had to go inside to find out they hadn’t even started making it. Girl with purple hair was extremely dismissive and didn’t even apologize. I will not be back at this location and having the purple hair girl under your staff is not a good look at all.

They’re always incredibly slow and the one manager, didn’t catch her name but it’s the girl with the purple hair, is always rude and short with people. Just left there tonight for those same reasons, and she just sits on her phone while her coworkers are actually doing something

Went through drive-thru at 11pm (an hour before closing) because I really wanted a double smash burger. I was told I couldn’t have it, because the grill was already shut down. When I asked why it was shut down so early, they said it was because the grill had to cleaned “by hand.” Is there another way to clean a grill? I thought maybe it was a staffing issue, but there were three employees in the store, and another outside vaping, so that, obviously, wasn’t an issue. Very disappointing.

Went to try the new smash burger at 11pm. They said their grill was already off, but agreed they were open until midnight since it’s Friday. Why are the grills off an hour before they close??
They lost my order. Waited over an hour. When I got home, it was wrong. And I was overcharged.
Reached out to Sonic corporate. They said someone would reach out to me. No one reached out to me.

Food received was inedible. Everything tasted of burnt oil (old cooking oil). Half the food was overcooked and greasy, the other half cold and undercooked. Was told I could no longer purchase a chicken strip meal as a combo and had to buy drink and side separate from the strips at a much higher cost. Do not recommend, will not be returning.
