My wife and I went through the drive thru and I asked if they still make a grande strawberry and cream Frappuccino. They said yes so I ordered it, asking for whipped cream. They asked if I wanted a strawberry acai refresher. Then asked if I wanted a Strawberry lemonade. I kept asking for the strawberry and cream Frappuccino, confused at the suggestions of other drinks. I would love to give a good review, but I cannot. Workers are friendly enough....went through the drive-thru about an hour ago and ordered coffee WITH cream. The receipt shows CREAM...but NO CREAM in my coffee! Too late to go back when you are miles down the road. Pay attention to detail please!
