My wife and I went through the drive thru and I asked if they still make a grande strawberry and cream Frappuccino. They said yes so I ordered it, asking for whipped cream. They asked if I wanted a strawberry acai refresher. Then asked if I wanted a Strawberry lemonade. I kept asking for the strawberry and cream Frappuccino, confused at the suggestions of other drinks. When we got it the bottom 1/4 of the cup was loaded with straight syrup. My wife tried stirring it and it did not blend. We asked if it could be remade and were told to keep restirring it. I used to work for Starbucks, so was shocked that we were so quickly dismissed. I also ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino that came out tasting like strawberry, making me think they did not clean the blender between drinks. Very disappointed.

I find the service good without being excellent, the drinks are not bad and the place is nice to go to talk or stay for a short time but if you want to go read, study or work it is not so welcoming.

I frequent this Starbucks because of its close proximity to my sons Jiu Jitsu and I’ve never had any issues. HOWEVER. Two days ago when I went through the drive-thru around 4:30 pm and some girl (skinny, fake blonde with overgrown roots, tattoos, and last name maybe starting with a k?) tried to sell me the cheese danish from the display case. As a former Starbucks partner, I know that those food items are changed out DAILY and are never sold to customers (maybe this location is different). As a current Starbucks customer, I don’t know how long that cheese danish has been sitting there. It could have just been placed there, the optics look bad. I confronted the Starbucks employee who admitted to taking it from the display case and she warmed up a fresh one. Unfortunately the person behind me who ordered a chocolate croissant was not so fortunate… I think I’ll just stick to the Roosevelt location (my previous employer) who does not try to sell their customers stale food.

Just went through the drive thru 10 minutes ago with a mobile order and the woman at the window told me she hates dogs and said “ew” when she saw mine, then refused to get my dog a pup cup. When I asked for one, she rolled her eyes and refused to even hand it to me, making her coworker hand it over. She was such a hateful person. Having worked at starbucks for 3.5 years, I was extremely disappointed in her behavior and think it should be handled.

It all depends upon who is working but they move so fast and need to slow down. About 1 out of 10 drinks have been correct. I’m constantly having to refuse my drink because it isn’t correct. I like it because it is convenient but will go back to using a different location.

I went inside as the line backed up to the point where it put traffic on a stand still. I realized why they were backed up. 1 female was doing orders while 5 other employees just paced around & stared at the girl that was working. Atleast 10 ppl inside were staring at them like "seriously"?????

This is by far the best Starbucks in Jacksonville. You will always be welcomed with great smiles and enthusiasm. Today I had a situation where I was stuck in a meeting and I had already submitted my mobile order which I would now be an hour late to pick up. I spoke with Andrew and he had no issue moving my order back to when I was coming in. They literally made my day! Everyone is so attentive and I am appreciative to be closer to this Starbucks than the others. Thank you all and thank you Andrew!

Starbucks has lost, for me, a lot of it's attraction since they stopped leaving cream, sugar, stirrers, etc. out for their patrons to fix their coffee. Why do they think they know how I like my coffee? No matter how well I try to describe how I like it, no one gets it right, so I have to tell them I will add the cream and sugar.

Never have I ever been told Starbucks Company Standards are to turn a customer away vs making them a beverage that the store has all the ingredients for.Wed Jan 30, I entered the drive thru at the Park Ave location, ordered a Venti Peach Tranquility tea and was told there was no longer a “button” for it. I giggled and replied I need a citrus mint tea with 2 bags of peach and no mint! I was then told by the young man that they wouldn’t so that, then another person interdicted herself as B comes over the speaker and states it is”STARBUCKS STANDARD AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO MAKE A PEACH TRANQUILITY, followed by Have A Good Day!”I have now driven 3.3miles to the next Starbucks and have my Peach Tea in hand!?Very disappointed that I can order my coffee a million different ways but can’t order a tea the way I prefer it. Not to mention I wasn’t even given the opportunity to order something else, let alone the rest of my order!Thank you to Starbucks on Blanding for actually accommodating me and making air not just my tea but the rest of my order was perfect!
