I find the service good without being excellent, the drinks are not bad and the place is nice to go to talk or stay for a short time but if you want to go read, study or work it is not so welcoming.
I went inside as the line backed up to the point where it put traffic on a stand still. I realized why they were backed up. 1 female was doing orders while 5 other employees just paced around & stared at the girl that was working. Atleast 10 ppl inside were staring at them like "seriously"?????
This is by far the best Starbucks in Jacksonville. You will always be welcomed with great smiles and enthusiasm. Today I had a situation where I was stuck in a meeting and I had already submitted my mobile order which I would now be an hour late to pick up. I spoke with Andrew and he had no issue moving my order back to when I was coming in. They literally made my day! Everyone is so attentive and I am appreciative to be closer to this Starbucks than the others. Thank you all...
