Even though the sign for the dining room said open until 2am, they had the doors locked. The staff inside ignored us. It was a little late, about 11pm when we stopped here, but that's still well before closing time and we wanted to sit somewhere besides the car to eat. That was pretty disappointing. Food was still good, but if you aren't going to have the dining room open you should change your sign. Lady at the drive through was hard to hear too; she was apathetic, didn't speak clearly, and mumbled a lot. Seems like a real general lack of care and service here.

We ordered a milkshake, the guy working Saturday 5/17 didn't ask if we wanted whipped cream or not, so when I asked him if he could take the whipped cream off, he got an attitude and just threw it in the trash, and when we got our food it was cold, not even being close to warm. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Wow, this S&S location has really upped their game! The people there are so friendly - all of them! Even the cook greeted us and thanked us for coming when we left, the great attitude by everyone was really noticeable! The manager was on top of his stuff, the interior was rearranged a bit, and was clean and nice to eat at. Great job, keep it up!

I just found out that they are using beef tallow for their fries and wages beef. I haven't been in several years. But it's a lot better now.

This visit was exceptional well. The food was great and the shake was delicious we both ate garlic single burgers with fries and both had a shake. I didn't happen to catch the manager's name but he was surprisingly quick with everyone's order and he seemed to almost have it ready by the time you found your seat. A few workers walked around and made sure everything was going well and the atmosphere was lovely.

Prices have gone up. Service has become typical fast food. Portions are smaller. Quality has dropped off. Restaurant was filthy when I visited it.
