The hours say until 2am so Im no sure when the policy of needing a pick up order happened but that needs to be stated on the website or they need to change the hours. I got to this location at 1:31am & was asked if I had a pick-up order which I didnt because I didnt know I needed to make one prior to. Refusal of service before closing hours is so annoying. If you close at 2am then stop taking orders at 2am. Not a minute before and if you dont like a job like this find another one.

A small cat named Ash was once separated from his home, wandering alone into a vast, whispering forest. The trees towered above him, and strange sounds echoed through the night. No longer a lost kitten, he had become a mighty warrior in his own way, shaped by the wild and raised by the pack that had become his family. And though he was a cat, his heart beat with the courage of a wolf.

Haven't been in awhile, but it's always been a favorite! Just went last week and dined in with my brother who was visiting. Food was delicious and hot, we got shakes after and they also were delicious! I'm glad they came with actual thick straws! The kids ate all their food so that is 2 thumbs up for me. We got everything from burgers to chicken fingers and those tasty fries! The price was alot easier for me as a mom of a big family than other restaurants have been lately! So definitely will have to come back, sooner rather than later! My brother said, man I forgot I really like their food when I lived here!

Used to rate them 5 stars but after today, they should be ashamed of themselves. Cold fries, burger is literally less than 5cm thick. I'd only recommend to come for the shakes, go to Arby's across the street for food if you want to actually be full after $30.

This location has nothing wrong with their food... but the bathrooms (women's) were horrible! It's so disappointing to see what Steak and Shake is now compared to how it was. I miss the old Steak and Shake with service and a classic feel. It's a shame that we won't get that experience back. The food still tastes pretty much the same as it always has. The shakes are still really good! But I know the restaurant would be more packed and full of life if there still was table service. You have to use a QR on your receipt just to get a drink refill. That is also capped on how much you can get. You don't interact with anyone to place an order, it's all at the kiosk. Kiosks ask you to tip. Do you tip at McDonald's? No. Same type of service, same response. It's a shame that the company won't go back to what made them a diner and not a run of the mill fast food place.

Food used to be better. Service kinda sucks. The big kicker, I twisted my ankle in an open floor drain in the bathroom, I told an employee and she did not care. Didn't ask me if I was okay, didn't go to the bathroom, she told me to hold on and after she was done with the customers in front of her, she should of came and talked to me, instead I could see her making fries. Watch your step, literally.

The Orange Park Steak n' Shake was such a let down. My fries were so cold they were tasteless. The cheeseburger was also cold. It was assembled very poorly. First, they put catsup my cheeseburger instead of mayo. When I brought it back you could see it was cold. Instead of making a new cheeseburger they took the top bun and lettuce off and replaced it and gave me back a cold burger. I ordered extra cheese and it was half off of the patty. When I went to reassemble it, the burger was in pieces, the cheese was off the side of the patty. When I started eating the cheeseburger (finally) the meat was cold and tasteless. What happened! Steak 'n Shake used to be the best fast food burger. I was so disappointed. There was no pride in the food they served.

Tonight I went to Steak n Shake in Orange Park, Fl. I ordered my food for my family through the drive thru. Of course when I got home something was missing off of my order. I was a little upset cause I wanted a packet of honey mustard sauce which I was told it 54 cents. I was like I just spent $36 and I had to pay for that. Not that they missed a $12 item from my bag. But after I returned. The manager was apologetic and son nice, showing great customer service I was shocked. He defused the situation instantly. He got my order correct. I got 2 complementary milk shakes, and 2 brownies, as well as 2 honey mustard packs. So Here's a big shout out to the manager ( Mike ) keep up the the great customer service... corporate needs to take notice. Guys like this keeps your company afloat... ( J. BRYANT )

I’ve ordered from this place three different times twice in the last week where the orders were just wrong. I specifically went in and spoke to the manager about not getting gypped on my double steak double cheese burger and when I got my order again today, it wasn’t correct. I did get my double steak double cheese however they put pickles on it which was not on my order so I won’t be going back again
