Ms Mary was incredibly kind. I was struggling with the online ordering and she was eager to help me and give me pointers. She was sweet from the first acknowledgment of me walking in the store. I appreciate the interaction, the cleanliness of the business, and the quality of the food.

Bad service!!!!! Today we came to buy at 8:40 pm and the employee did not want to attend to us she closed the door in our face knowing that they close at 11 every day
Definitely the best subway I’ve been to in years. Brings back a lot of memories of grabbing a sub. My work is now located next to this location and it’s been a huge stress reliever to be able to order my food an hour prior and have it ready when I arrive. Thank you guys very much.

I didn't get food or service because when I walk in an employee was biting their fingernails holding their cell phone and another was playing in their hair and they both went straight for the gloves, now saliva, and hair particles have been transfered to the gloves. Holding of cell phones in food service prep areas is disgusting we all know the unsanitary factors that cell phones hold, they go to bed with you and to the restroom with you and God knows what else. And without washing your hands with soap and water that nastiness gets transfered to the gloves and then to the food. There aren't any managers on duty to oversee the employees and they probably aren't taught or trained about the seriousness of being unsanitary. I walked in saw what I saw and walked right out. Again this is gross and disgusting. The manager Mr. Chapman needs to do better.

Great when we walked in but was greeted with rudeness and made my husbands food wrong (put greens on it that wasn’t what he asked after putting on the greens he did ask for)

I have the weirdest service ever. The young guy that was helping me didn't seem to know where anything was that I was asking for. Even though everything was right in front of him. When I walked in the air in the place was like you need to leave and you need to leave now. I've never walked in a place I felt like I should leave immediately.

Calia was truly amazing she expedited and took my order over the phone and a super fast and friendly manner due to them being slow at the time, and I had to run multiple errands before picking up my staff lunch she made it super quick and easy and operated with the highest efficiency I do really appreciate her customer service you guys have an amazing representative at this location!!!!

I forgot my glasses for reading I swap the car and I cannot read the screen and ask the lady for help to see the screen and she started laughing at me she said it's a shame a truck and you cannot see the screen a friend with all the customer I never stopped there again

I ordered a tuna sub and left not knowing I had a turkey and ham . I called and was told sorry you can bring it back. No cause I was on my lunch break amd it took ling enough to get the sandwhich in the store. Won't be back thats messed up.

The service from awesome from the employee. But the manager was being a asshole because someone questioned her as to why they are out of so much stuff. But thanks to her employee making things more professional and welcoming. Cause she was a trip.

I placed 2 orders for delivery within 2 days and both times they forgot drinks. You cannot contact support through the Subway app (that’s how I placed my order). When I called the store, the person on the phone was completely lost and after suggesting I drive my self to their location to pick up the rest of my delivery order THEY FORGOT, quickly transferred me to another person while I was still talking. I explained the situation again to another store employee and she suggested I contact DoorDash, when I ordered from Subway app and you literally can see it on receipt and in their system! After explaining it to her AGAIN, she confirmed that they do not offer refunds for something that I paid for through their app and they forgot, but offered to transfer me to the owner. I’m really really frustrated.The food was pretty decent, subs were fresh, salad was a bit mushy but eatable.I would order again if they had a better service and didn’t take your money for something they are unable to deliver without refunding it.

I eat here a lot. They’re open late, which is great after kids’ baseball. Great sandwiches, on par with Subways best. Service is adequate, plenty of staff. One usually helps, rest on phones is the norm.
