I really like this place for their Dubai chocolate strawberry’s and the first time I had it was made by an older woman and I loved my experience the last few times I had it was horribly made and very sloppy I then gave them another try when I went in today and it was even worse I was never greeted I sat there for 10 minutes plus before I politely tried to ask about the strawberries and was ignored until another customer spoke up for me I’m very disappointed because I really love their products

We absolutely loved our experience at this ice cream shop. The service was excellent and the flavors were amazing! I also loved that they added extra seating, and an added bonus was the worship music playing in the background. We will definitely be back!
My only suggestion is to add a kids cone/cup options and potentially reduce the price and cut back on the quantity used for the kiddos. I hope to see this business continue to grow!

Was super excited to get rolled ice cream for the first time and it came with instant frustration. We walked in at 8:05pm and they closed at 9pm. the two girls working said they close down rolled ice cream and close it down an hour before closing. The place is literally called Swirl Suites ROLLED ICE CREAM. super disappointed. Maybe advertise your hours are until 9 but rolled ice cream until 8pm.

What a cool ice cream place! Awesome service. Met the owner, she has a wonderful story. Dare to dream and...big. A lot of patience from ice cream parlor staff when tasting. I tried to taste all of the ice cream flavors. There are a variety of flavors and toppings. Candy, cereal, cookies galore to add to your sweet treat. Everything is reasonably priced. Hand rolled ice cream magic in a cup or cone. They aim to please. Inside seating available, close the mall with plenty of parking.

Stopped by Swirl Suites this afternoon to try their rolled ice cream. My daughter chose the Cookie Monster Signature Rolled Ice Cream. It was so fun to be able to watch them make the ice cream. The staff were so friendly and it felt very welcoming with their cute seasonal decorations and plenty of seating. Their entrance is separate of the mall and is placed near TGIFridays and the AMC theater.

We went here for the first time today and we are big fans now!!! I got the rolled ice cream and it was delicious. But the main reason I wanted to post is because of the flight (pictured) they have. She got 4 full sized scoops of ice cream, 2 sauces and 2 toppings. The employees are so sweet and kind too! And the store itself is so cute inside! Highly highly recommend this hidden gem of the Orange Park Mall!!

I just picked up a door dash and got a 2 scoop cone of Yippee Skippee. Literally so delicious! Staff was very nice and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming while also classy. Great price for what you get.
