Taco Bell inside the mall, is the worst of them all. I go there a lot because I’m a Grubhub driver. This restaurant never have chicken, they don’t have vegetables, they don’t have certain drinks and to top it off they always have 2 people working and they are slow. To serve 3 customers orders it takes them more than 25 minutes. That restaurant should not be open!!!! You could never have what you want!!???

The service is always painfully slow here. There’s usually only one person working who takes the order then can’t help anyone else til they go and make that order and come back. My supreme taco had literally 4 tiny pieces of diced tomato on it. There was trash literally all over the floor behind the counter.

seal on the bag was broken upon delivery. taste of the refried beans in the burrito tasted burnt. no type of taco sauce was added in the bag with my delivery. no mild sauces.

They have no idea how to use their own app to take orders. Refused to serve me, after I'd paid for an order. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.
This place will mess up a simple order and they are rude I even saw someone cough in the food!

The woman at the drive threw window was eating the food and whipping her nose with her arm I said I did not want the food from this location to cancel it and they would not refund me

Honestly this taco bell's service wasn't that awful until like a week ago. I come around 10:30. Everytime i've been there they've been out of whatever they need to make things like crunch wraps and a few drinks. Also they give drinks with no ice? in the florida heat? come on. The staff has been rude, but I get that it's late. Just wish I could get what's on the menu.

If I had only ever experienced this Taco Bell in my life, I would hate it. None of the food is seasoned properly, it's always poorly and messily thrown together, ingredients aren't evenly distributed, shells are always cracked, ingredients will be missing, orders are wrong, etc. It's literally the worst excuse for a Taco Bell I've ever experienced. It makes me sad because I used to be a Taco Bell fanatic. But this location only brings shame and disappointment. If I had the choice to only eat food from this location if I wanted Taco Bell or no Taco Bell ever for all eternity, I'd say farewell to cheesy gordita crunches and everything else. I'd recommend driving the extra miles and minutes to another location. This one is never worth it, it will always let you down.
