I was having a bad day and I just wanted some taco bell. When I got there it wasn't even 10pm and the lobby doors were closed with people still sitting down eating in there. the 2 guys at the front counter told me to go through the drive thru (they saw I was on a bike and I have ordered in the drive thru multiple times over the course on a year on my bike) anyway. I get the the drive thru and the same 2 people refused to serve me and just start laughing like it's funny saying that they can't and won't take my order blaming it on my bike while still laughing at me like I'm a joke. I was already very upset that day but this made me evenmore upset because I feel like they treated me very poorly and I know you guys close @3am because I have come to this same location multiple times at all different times of night and never had a problem. P.S. I used to work @ the taco bell on 103rd and i know the way they treated me was unacceptable

Best service I have ever recieved at any Taco Bell ever!!! I was in there picking up an order for Rich and the gentleman making my order was amazing! Kept me up to date, gave me a drink while I waited and even opened the door for me to carry out my order. Thank you!!! I will be back!

Staff were friendly enough. The whole atmosphere of the place is like dreary and drab and boring. It's not very welcoming and it doesn't invite you to want to sit down there and eat your food.
I went to the drive-through to order breakfast at 8:03. I was told over the intercom that they are not quite open yet and it would be at least 10 minutes before they could serve me.

I opened my quesadilla and this is what it looked like. Great service but they just threw this quesadilla together or idk really what they did stepped on it is what it looks like. Been at work since 9am just got home at 10 almost and this is what I open up. Well I've tried to post the pic I can't figure it out. But it looks awful.
