Stopped for lunch on April 25. Apparently someone placed a large order before me. The manager or head flunky warned her to sit down.I placed on order on the kiosk and waited with two others. 20 minutes went by while the entire staff ignored the people in the restaurant. Not even a "It will be a minute" or a "Get lost, we're busy".The head flunky just kept avoiding eye contact. There was a drive-thru line for a few minutes, but even when it was empty, they still ignored us.So I walked out since I hadn't paid for my two items. They could have at least given me a cup for my drink, but they were determined to pretend nobody was in the store.Men had to use Women's bathroom since Men's had a code lock on it and nobody offered to open it.Just a dive and poorly managed by non-thinking and inconsiderate employees.Avoid this dump as you head for the border.Gave one star for food since I never received any. I'm sure it would have bad based on their service.

If you plan to eat breakfast here don't stop by till 830 or 9. They never are ready in the mornings. You would think they would have it learned by now. Just go in early if you are that bad at your job.....regardless, whoever needs practice prepping the store for when your doors actually open. Not 30 Mins later

The employees were rude and redirected me to the kiosk had me standing there for 15 minutes before any of them even looked at me or said anything

They guide you really well through the ordering process and ensure that the order is taken correctly. Doesn't mean much as they give ya the wrong thing. Call and they don't pick up. Food is what you expect from TB though. Gonna have to take them out the lunch rotation as I don't have time to be disappointed.

I Taco Bell about every few months. As with many chains, cleanliness and good service are rare, however not here. First thing I noticed, it is clean, service was spot on and the big plus, I was greeted well and communication was great. I wish I would have gotten the 30ish year old guy working orders. I have never had that good of experience at Taco Bell.Visit this location!!!It will be better than any recent visits within hundreds of miles in surrounding areas.I ordered my usual …. crunchy tacos.

I do door dash and they are slower than molasses in January I'll tell you what. They weren't super busy and were taking their time getting a simple order made, bagged and handed to me.Also couter tops were filthy and looked sticky caught myself leaning on them and was afraid of getting whatever on me.

I wanted breakfast and we had no breakfast meat or eggs so we decided to get fast food. I wanted something different. The Wendy's breakfast I tried a year ago was disappointing so not "different". We ended up at Taco Bell. We wanted cheap so we ordered the value menu cheesy toasted breakfast burrito w/ sausage and the breakfast quesadilla with sausage. Went through drive thru lightening quick. The burrito was nice size with plenty of filling with yummy spicy sausage and fluffy egg, but I cannot do the cheese sauce, yuck. Should have paid extra to sub shredded cheese. The breakfast salsa was delish and made it edible for a few bites. It mostly became a dog treat for their meds though. The quesadilla was flavorless with barely any filling. I had a couple bites and decided it wasn't worth the calories or carbs. I wish there were onion and green pepper like another fast food burrito. Would have helped. Hash browns were grossly overpriced and lackluster. Two stars for service and salsa. Don't get value menu. There is promise there for something with real cheese.

0-5 stars. Arrived At 130 in drive through, was told that they are “ only doing pick up orders because they are short staffed “ and basically tough luck. Left drive though frustrated after having driven some way to purchase from them before they closed hoping i made it in enough time before they closed to order. Once I left the drive through I called to place an order because “ they were only doing pick up orders” as I was just told moments before , and once my call was answered i was told “ we are closing soon, so we aren’t gonna take your order by phone, sorry ??‍♂️” so it was a complete waste of time , and gas. Not to mention the complete lack of customer service . Completely disappointed in how it is was handled: hours need to be changed to reflect staffs attitude to their work load: 12am may be more appropriate. 0-5 would not recommend past midnight
