Idk what happened to this place but the customer service here was awful. We had to ask for drinks because no one came and everyone was so rude - I was there Saturday, 28th, around 1pm. The waitress was an older lady with a blue/green dress and just had a nasty attitude

Beautiful restaurant, calming and an atmosphere that makes you want to relax and enjoy your meal. The Pho is excellent. Every time we go to the mall, we will eat here from now on.

This place is on it's third ownership. The first and 2nd owners have maintained great food quality and flavor. This place used to be my husband and mine's Fridate spot. The place used to have a nice atmosphere & great furniture placing but now the warmth and inviting atmosphere is gone and now less inviting. Furniture and booths are getting old and outdated. Food has declined in flavor and quality. Skimped on ingredients in their Phō like missing more bean sprouts, Thai basil and some rice noodles on the large order. Also missing ingredients and quality in the fresh spring rolls. Mint and Culantro is no longer included in the ingredients that changed the flavor of the dish dramatically. Peanut sauce is now runny and lesser flavor. Those are our favorites and since the flavors have changed, we no longer frequent this restaurant. We figured the 3rd owner is cutting back on cost and didn't care much about maintaining the quality of the food they serve. We still come from time to time when we miss Vietnamese food. I wish they would be open to customer feedback.

If you haven’t tried the Vietnam Palace, adjacent to the Orange Park Mall, you are missing out. Along with the service, the food was simply amazing. If you like genuinely delicious Vietnamese cuisine I highly recommend the Vietnam Palace.
