I ordered the shrimp nachos through DoorDash and received nachos with NO shrimp. Just sorry! But they gave me a ton of red onions and tomatoes. Daq Shack has completely fell off! The audacity to charge almost $14.00 for chips, sour cream, tomatoes and red onions

Whenever I am in town I always find my way to this wonderful establishment. Des the security guards outside are very professional and I feel safe walking in des ladies who are making drinks are top notch and phenomenal. The DJ is Hit or Miss but the vibe that's inside. Sometimes you can forego listening to the DJ and just be around good people.

Drinks on point
My husband and I ordered a 20 piece wings via uber! We tried the buffalo with ranch on the side. We love wings so there isn’t many places we haven’t tried, these were by far the best wings I’ve ever had! The flavor and heat were spot on!

The vibe was good after getting a seat. A lot of people were standing around & not dancing though even though the music was A1. I did enjoy the daiquiri which was super good. The atmosphere was good but we were told 3-4 hrs for a table initially until we asked about an open section. The hookah is a hit! Gotta try that. But, we enjoyed the vibe of the daq shack.

My rasta pasta wasn't cooked all the way it was still hard not (al dente). The Alfredo sauce tasted like it was in a refrigerator and to top it off more black pepper was added to it to help make it more spicy didn't. The wing sauce wasn't made fresh. The waiters were very helpful and welcoming. Dj was very good keep the vibe going.

A whole lot of miscommunication on their part. This will be long winded but atp it’s the only way to get my grievances out not that anyone will give a damn…. This was my first night coming bk to Daq Shack since March 30th, when I came to bring in my bday. Had an amazing the night. So I haven’t been out a lot recently due to a new injury amongst other things and I chose to start my night here tonight just to guarantee myself a great “first night out”. Atmosphere was great. All tables full and no one at the desk when we walked in. We went to the bathroom and then the bar. Ordered my drink and waited for someone I could ask abt a table. The guy tells me to put my name on the waiting list at the front desk, I went to do so. Sweet young lady at the front gave me the tablet to add my info. Done. She says to wait for a text. Now it says 4 groups are waiting ahead of me. I’ve already started drinking and wanted to mk sure I had food on my stomach whilst we waited for a table. So I ordered at the bar. Shortly after I got a text saying my table was ready…..
By the time I’m seated I’m immediately being told I couldn’t sit because I ordered food at the bar and the waitress won’t mk money off the table. I explained I’m waiting on another person and if ordering at the table is an issue, I hv no problem doing so for them so that I won’t have to go through the wait list again. I’ll tip the waitress with no problem. My knee was starting to bother me and I just didn’t want to have to get back up to wait. I’ll tip, order, or both. Money isn’t the issue. The young lady apologized for the miscommunication on her end and said she didn’t know. All well and good, but I can just tip the waitress or order whatever. Because it was never stated to me not to order food until I got a table. Because who tf is going to stand and eat??? I’ve never done it on prior visits. The hostess tells me her boss said it’s fine if I order more food, ok cool…. Then the waitress comes and I’m back at square one. At that point I’m blowed. Because I was just told it’s fine and now I’m being told it’s not again. And her trying to tell me she wanted to mk sure I got my full 2 hours at the table didn’t shake anything b/c i didn’t even plan on being there 2 hours. Just wanted to eat, and vibe. Had plans to leave within an hour anyway. I was absolutely blowed that I picked this place to go of all places. I was genuinely excited to be there because I usually always have such a good time and leave happy and satisfied. I’ve never left drinks in any cup at this establishment and this time I did. I was completely blowed and over it. Couldn’t finish the drinks if I wanted to. I was just that over it. Ordered a large suicide, salmon bites and fries, small suicide and 6 wings and fries. The food was lack luster and when I asked for a cup to take the small drink with me I was told she couldn’t do that b/c they already brought it out in a glass. Even though when she explained she was bringing the food I ordered at the table out in a to go box and felt I should get the drink the same way. But initially this entire issue was because to go boxes couldn’t be at the tables. So I told her whatever she feels is best. It came out in a glass and then I wasn’t allowed to take it. My friend got her food remade. She ordered at the bar as well and paid for her extra sauces at the bar. She requested her extra sauces once they brought her new tray out. Those were put on my tab by the manager according to the waitress and he said not to take them off.
Finally left and tried eating my food in the car only to be disappointed with old ass fries and dry salmon. I haven’t even opened the chicken yet but I’m almost positive atp I’ll be disappointed. Worst experience here in 3 years. I would have loved to just be able to tip the waitress $20 and be left tf alone to enjoy my night and my lil hour at the table.

Service was slow, hostess had an attitude. It’s FCFS but you cannot go there twice in a day because if you already sat at a table once, you can’t put your name on the wait list again. We had spent over $250. Will not be returning.

The musical ambiance and overall atmosphere were quite enjoyable. However, I believe it would be more considerate to seat patrons who are dining separately from those who are smoking hookah, as the smoke can be bothersome to some.
I had the pleasure of trying the salmon and grits, which were exceptionally delicious. The mimosa was also quite refreshing.
Unfortunately, my companions did not share the same positive experience. Their waffles and pancakes arrived undercooked and had to be returned to the kitchen. Additionally, we had to request silverware, as only forks were provided, and there were no butter knives to cut the pancakes or French toast. This could potentially be a safety concern, although the reason for this is unclear.
On a positive note, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. The establishment also takes patron safety seriously, as there was security personnel present at the entrance.
Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, with some areas for improvement.

The wings were not good but eatable. Atmosphere is chill. I don't smoke nor drink. I just went in to get food to go. But it was a decent place for people that still run the streets on the weekends looking for something to do new.
