Upon arrival to pu my order, I was waited on by Hailey who was very rude ; very sarcastic!Granted I placed an order over the phone as I have done for many years, I was never told over the phone in order to get a guarantee size the order needed to be placed online. Had I known this was the new policy, I would have done so. Hailey never tried to make the situation right nor did she apologize.Customer service was at it worst and there is absolutely no excuse for bad customer customer service.

Pulled up to HoneyBaked Ham about 6:20... Ask for two sandwiches.... Was told (even though they're still open now) that the sandwich bar was closed... Meaning no one could take two rolls slap two pieces of ham and cheese on it and call it a day. I was not asking for anything hot no one had to heat a grill an oven anything like that...

They never helped I was in the line for ordering in store. They couldn't care less the just keep helping the people walking in the prepaid line. They never even once looked my way. They also had two people working the registers and two people helping them. By the way I was the only one in that line. The most unprofessional business I ever been in.

I ordered a turkey breast for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving day I was just going to heat it a little. Well, we had ham for Thanksgiving. I appreciate that they were busy, but I ordered turkey and sides, but instead got a ham. Family was upset.

My mom purchased a ham for Thanksgiving, 2023. When she got the ham home, it was extremely fatty. She called and spoke with Miss Mildred, who told her to bring the ham back and exchange it for different ham, and speak to the manager Charlie. I went in the first time to exchange the ham And the staff was very professional, efficient and the manager Charlie was extremely kind and willing to exchange the ham to make it right for the Thanksgiving holiday.We will continue to come to this honeybaked ham due to the quality of service if you’re looking for a honeybaked ham to go to with top-notch service, this is the honeybaked ham location you should come to .

Placed order for catering for our large company for a thanksgiving luncheon a week in advance. Paid online with confirmation. The platters for 50 people plus were supposed to be picked up and ready today by 11. I show up and the girl at the counter tells me they needed to be paid for. I showed them the receipt confirmation where they were paid online. One girl mentioned my order was used for another order and delivered. Both girls went to the back to speak with the manager and came back that they would be up to speak with me. This was at 11. I stood there till 11:30, to have another employee tell me they are sorry however they can’t have my catering order ready for another 2 1/2 hours. I advised her I can’t wait, we have a corporate luncheon at 12. She came back after speaking to the manager that still hasn’t come up to speak with me that he said it would be 2 1/2 hours. I asked to speak with him. When he did come he didn’t tell me he was him he just walked up to me. I asked him why he was sending his staff to deal with me and he didn’t like that and asked me to not start the conversation off like that. Charlie is his name after I had to ask. He was firm they couldn’t have my order ready for another 2 1/2 hours even tho they had ample time to have it ready since it was ordered a week ago. He didn’t care I had over 50

Was never issued anything stating the order was canceled because I was told they don’t get any thing. Our company orders from them each year and we spend well over $300.00. This will stop today. The girls at the front were the only ones that apologized several times. I think it’s time to find a new manager honey baked ham. This isn’t how you treat your customers. Thankfully Publix helped us out and got our money.

I used to eat here years ago so I was excited to revisit. Sadly they no longer serve soups. Their Navy Bean and Ham soup was so good. I had a ham sandwich on croissant with potato salad. The croissant was dry and the potato salad serving was small for the price. They were out of tea and the canned drinks they offered were warm.
