Really good hamburgers, and nice steak fries. Pizza is super basic but the cheese is good and nice and gooey. Our favorite is the milk shakes Oreo to be exact, i haven't had a milk shake with the mixer cup on the side in years it was fun to watch my son enjoy it old school! So if you go yo get a cheeseburger steak fries and a milk shake that's what it's all about t the Loop.

The food was really good and the burger had a nice kick to it on the seasoning. The salads were a little pricey especially if you add the crispy chicken to it. Overall a good and tasty meal just a little more cost than I was expecting for what we got.

The girl at the counter tonight was super unpleasant. There is no need to let every guest know that "we close at 9" everytime they come up and ask for something that you should have out. I can understand if it were closer to 9, hell maybe within the 30 minutes range, but it was 8:15/8:20 when I heard her say that the first time to someone. She about unleahed my inner Karen LOL.

Let me start by saying I have always been pleased with my meals at The Loop, but today I went with some friends, got a burger, which was great cooked just as I asked and onion rings. The onion rings which they charge extra for were PITIFUL!!! they gave my five rings, two of which were lucky if they were the size of a half dollar, the other three were just slightly bigger, they use to give you huge rings, even if a couple were smaller but you got some huge ones you don't feel so bad. I know things have increased in cost, but I hate it when places raise their prices and give you less. One or the other please!!!

Usually I have a great experience here. However, this last time my order was Togo and it sat there before they ever called me which left my food cold. Also, they completely botched my order. The girl who rang us up just wasn't happy and you could tell. Maybe she was distracted and that's why things went awry. I just wasn't happy knowing I paid what I paid for it to be wrong. Usually, I would call or go back, but my daughter was due for her nap. I don't know if I'll come back next time after these issues.

The food was good. The staff was low and it took awhile to get our food. While in the bathroom they cleared out table. Luckily we ate our food we wanted but we wanted our cups to go so we had to ask them for more cups.

It's you local, get together place that everyone should try! Everyone is very nice, clean, and the food is fantastic! Been there twice and both times were great. Had the chicken salad tonight... So Damn Good! The staff was very nice, easy to get in to and very nice place. It's a hidden gem!

At here at noon on a Tuesday. There was a line to order and only one order taker. Fairly long 10+ minute wait to order. We ordered a salad and a burger. It took 30 minutes to get our order. The burger was very salty, the salad was just ok. There appeared to be a shortage of staff which obviously made a very long wait to get something that should have only taken a few minutes. We won't go back.

The food was delicious. The staff were swamped (it was extremely busy) and still very nice. I am sure they are/have taken care of the leaks in the ceiling from the AC. Everything else was great.

Ordered a kids pizza. Menu states is comes with one topping. Was charged for the topping when I questioned it the manager spoke to the cashier didn't even address me and said "nothing I can do about it". Poor customer service and BS. Should have honored the menu.

Always wanted to try the spot always heard great things about the place, the vibes the scenery around the store with the tree’s and all it’s a pretty mellow spot with a pretty solid menu to go with it! Always chill and fast service I’ve been 2-3 time’s now and living around the corner from it I can personally say I’ll be goin more than often from here on out!(: maybe I’ll become a regular(; haha

I eat lunch here often. The burgers, pizza and salads are always made right. The fries on the other hand are overdone and not fresh/lukewarm most visits. Even though steak fries are my favorite fries, I might have to switch up my side to something else.

Never had a problem before today. Plenty of workers, only 1 guy taking orders and also making the salads. Ordered 2 salads. Got 1, the other one is still missing. 30 minutes later, it arrives. Gonna be awhile before I come back. Love the food. Not happy with management.
