today I walked into the tropical smoothie at Orange Park and I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sub. I ordered it with no bacon because of my religious beliefs but they put bacon on my sub anyway Thank you for reading my review. Goodbye.

Let me start with I am a 20% tipper in most restaurants that provide excellent service. When I came in on Sunday, I was looking for a lunch that was diabetic friendly. The young man that helped me advised they cannot wrap my sandwich in lettuce. No problem. Once I paid and did not leave a tip, his face frowned up. Then I waited behind 4 other customers that came behind me as he did not make my sandwich. One of the young ladies had to come make my sandwich. I am not obligated to tip you ahead of time just because you’re doing your job. So many places want you to tip and they do not provide satisfactory service. If you’re looking for a tip, maybe you should become a server like I did when I was younger.

Cashiers are not familiar with the menu so be careful cause you’ll get over charged. Also be careful on being over charged at check out as they automatically charge $3 as a tip to your bill with out asking. M The manager has no customer service skills she’s just very dry. They attend to new customers and ignore the ones that already paid who didn’t receive their order meanwhile the new customers are in and out so fast. This was my first time here and my last until that manager is gone I won’t be back.

We go here as a breakfast stop, maybe once every few weeks, and the only thing that I rarely have an issue with is the quality of the smoothies 👌......the customer service however could definitely use some work, it's not hard to greet your customers ladies 😜. Darius, you were amazing, though, so thank you!!!
