Cashiers are not familiar with the menu so be careful cause you’ll get over charged. Also be careful on being over charged at check out as they automatically charge $3 as a tip to your bill with out asking. M The manager has no customer service skills she’s just very dry. They attend to new customers and ignore the ones that already paid who didn’t receive their order meanwhile the new customers are in and out so fast. This was my first time here and my last until that manager is gone I won’t be back.

We go here as a breakfast stop, maybe once every few weeks, and the only thing that I rarely have an issue with is the quality of the smoothies 👌......the customer service however could definitely use some work, it's not hard to greet your customers ladies 😜. Darius, you were amazing, though, so thank you!!!

I came in for my birthday smoothie. As I entered, the two ladies behind the register were chatting, so I stood back as I was getting my app ready. I was spoken to while I was getting the app ready, but I didn't realize and responded. They exchanged looks at one another, which was not only off putting, but unnecessary. It made me feel awkward. I ordered the Chia Banana Boost Smoothie, and no peanut butter added white chocolate. The Smoothie tasted nothing like it normally does. I couldn't taste the bananas nor the dates. It tasted a lot like almonds and blended ice. I was disappointed, to say the least.

This isn't the first off-putting experience I have had at this location. Back in November, I ordered the Super Green Ceasar Salad and was given one dressing. I have ordered from other locations and was always given 2 dressings for a salad of that size. I went back to ask for a second dressing. The rep handed it to me and said it's the only time they'll do it. Otherwise, I would be charged for extra dressing.

Poor service. Uncomfortable atmosphere. I got Lexi’s name who was at the register. Just because she just does not look happy. It wasn’t even busy. No welcome coming in the door and not even a thank you for coming. Didn’t hand me my receipt or asked if I wanted it. Once I scanned my card she looked down and started doing something els. Service can definitely bring down a business. I don’t feel comfortable in this particular location.

Ones I walked in they started laughing at me. Bad service I asked for a turkey bacon sandwich with no lettuce and tomato and they gave it to me with lettuce.

I recently tried the Island Green smoothie from Smoothie Café, and it was absolutely delicious! From the very first sip, I was blown away by how refreshing and vibrant it tasted. always like the food and the service, but last Friday I bought a bowl and I didn't like it. It's very small for that price $$$ and the fruit that was in it was literally frozen.😬

On July 27th 2024 at around 1030AM, my group and I went to Tropical Smoothie for food and protein shakes. The woman behind cash register told us to hold on a minute, made a call on her cell phone, and started talking to someone personal while the 5 of us waited for her to finish her conversation. After about a minute, I realized that she has no intensions of serving us as she continued her conversation. We decided to travel to another Tropical Smoothie 9 miles south of this location and received good service. Because of her unprofessional behavior your establishment lost 5 paying customers and angered a woman who appeared to have already been waiting on her order. I will not ever come back this location and would not recommend this location to others unless she is no longer working there. More reviews to come.
