Waffle House never misses. The food came out hot and exactly right. Fluffy waffles, crispy hashbrowns, and fresh coffee that kept coming. The staff were friendly too.

Your cook working on dec23 at 10ish needs to be taught what light brown hash browns and over light eggs are. I just spent over 25 bucks on this meal, took my food to the house with is less than 3 minutes from their location, open my food and the eggs are over hard. Absolutely ridiculous. I order here all the time and take it home and have never had this issue. Tried to call the store but you cant get through so here is where my complaint goes. If I wasn't so damned tired I'd go get a refund

I ordered my eggs scrambled with cheese, there was no cheese on my eggs. I ordered off the senior menu for one egg, hash browns, and toast. For my one meat I ordered two slices of bacon, crispy. I'm pretty sure I got two eggs, once again, not as I ordered it, a double order of hash browns, and three slices of bacon - crispy enough to cook out any flavor and make bacon bits. Also, always check your ticket before you pay. The senior menu includes your drink. They tried to charge us for ours. That's six more dollars than what it's supposed to be. She made like oh, sorry, I didn't realize they were included. But I think she was making that six dollars her tip.

This place sucks. Went in, saw 2 open seats, so we sit, all to be completely ignored by the entire staff!!!!!!!!!!! One of them was too busy adding songs on the jukebox..... Should have at least greeted us. Another couple got invited to sit, and were immediately greeted and drink orders taken.
I know waffle house gets busy, but if 1 employee can go to the jukebox twice, someone can take my order!!!!!!!
