I ordered a mobile order went through the drive through and received my order. As I eat my food I notice that it is a long piece of red hair in my food. I brought the food back and the manager proceeded to tell me to go online to the help desk because he can’t offer refunds for mobile orders. I did just that and still haven’t received my refund for the order.

Wonderful breakfast!!!! Staff always very nice! Delicious and great value. App is wonderful and lots of discounts. Click you are ordering from the dining room so the food is ready and waiting when you arrive.

Had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s and will probably never come back , customer service was terrible, gave me a burger with a rock hard bun , messed up my entire order and they where very rude about it , definitely recommend going anywhere else

This Wendy's is always providing excellent service. We usually go through the drive through and they're really nice (even when we go when they're about to close). Perfect for late night munchies! The food is always well prepared and tasty and the customer service is always amazing! Definitely come here!!!

Keeps consistently ruining my drinks/not making them correctly. Please properly train a product before releasing advertising for it through your location. Highly disappointed as this was my third attempt and final one.
