7/22/25. Never have I had any problem going to this Wendy's going inside to place my order because usually quicker but today was a different story. I ordered a #4, nothing extra added or anything. Amber who took my order eventually was as high as a kite. Wondering around doing nothing. I waited 30 minutes for this order. Luckily, the guy making food stepped in and handled my order as well as the other two customers waiting. Door Dashers were waiting too. At least bag wasn't even sealed with a sticker. I will go back again, I believe this was a one-off situation. My order was correct and tasty.

First time in this area I went to McDonald's across the street, walked for the lousy service, to this Wendy's. They were all friendly, with great customer service. I have since met the district managers, all courteous. I seldom have an order messed up, but it will happen and they graciously corrected it.

I literally waited 32 mins for two meals and was the only person in line the whole time the employees kept walking away and laughing they all seemed under the influence they took our order and had us pay for items that they didn’t even have in stock in turn making us switch to something we didn’t even want then we ordered chili cheese fries and the whole container has like 5 fries and is completely filled with nacho cheese not a single bit of chili and my chicken sandwich was cold as soon as I got it.
This is one of the better Wendy's left. Many Wendy's are dirty with poor service. Seems like this mgr lady is always on point. Store was spotless as usual.

Saturday morning , walked in the Fleming island location . No other customers inside . Stand for a minute in front of the register. An employee sees me and ignores me. Ask I can place an order, she finally comes over. Not a good morning , have a good day … nothing … go take a seat and realize after a few minutes the food is waiting on the counter. Again , I was the only one there , a “ma’am your order is ready” would have been nice. Location was clean . The breakfast sandwich was just ok . Music was way too loud. I left and I’m never coming back …

I walked in to Wendy’s tonight with a coupon for a free Single, but could not figure out how to redeem it. Pier was in the lobby and greeted me warmly, then spent the next ten minutes helping me with the app. I ordered additional sandwiches and she patiently helped me complete the order. She was fabulous, going above and beyond what one would expect at a fast food restaurant. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality, Pier.
