4/21/24 2 pmish...15 minute wait for a hamburger fries and drink. The manager was either tired or didn't know or cared that the place was full because they were slow. Actually, the manager didn't look like a manager with a cap jeans and big tshirt. Employees had to apologize to every single client. The place stinks, tables are dirty and the shies stick to the floor because apparently is not mopped. Wendy's used to be a nice place to eat.

Usually this is a very good Wendy's.I am annoyed as I was in the drive thru. The person in front of me finished ordering and I rolled up to the speaker at 1031 AM. I was told they were no longer serving breakfast. Are you serious? It is 1031 AM. I was obviously in line before the arbitrary cutoff. An associate was just outside next to the drive thru and knew I was the last person in line.What is more frustrating is that at 1034 AM I could still go in the APP and order breakfast AT THAT location. I am very disappointed in this as it didn't use common sense. The associate who told me was very pleasant and was not rude in any way.

Rolled into the drive thru at 1025, two cars in front of us. When we got to the speaker to order it was 1031. The person taking the orders stated they were on lunch now. Lunch menus were not up, and I checked the app and it said it would let me order breakfast. Really? We were already in line. Trash customer service.

Complained about the 2 sour teas with my food. Dude litterly poured them out and refilled my same cups with straws and gave em back. Nothin like a little sweet and sour mix... Then asked what iwas waiting on... my food i ordered. Plus the smoke pouring through the drive thru window made me my kid amd my car smell l ike burnt grease afterwards an we never even got out of the car. Red headed pony tail guy needs an attitude adjustment as well.

Ordered one burger through the app 7 mins in advance. Got to the location and there were 4 cars in front of me. Took some time for me to get to the window to pick up my pm food. Then I had to wait there for several more minutes for my 1 burger. It was nothing special, just a Dave's double. It was a good burger but not worth that wait. I hope that was just a one in a thousand.

We’ve recently moved from Fleming Island to a new house on the west side and to say we miss this location is an understatement. From service to food they delivered quality every time and were always pleasant. Always had what we wanted available and were always efficient. From breakfast to lunch, to dinner it didn’t matter they were always amazing. Each worker is accommodating, speedy and efficient and we appreciate all their hard work.

I walked out after waiting for over 9 mins with only one person in front of me and the cashier couldn't get the order right. I hope they get more training so they can better serve.

Went through the drive through and asked for a Root Beer ZERO, and they gave me a regular one. I’m a type 1 diabetic and didn’t find out until my blood sugar went extremely high to the point where I almost needed to go to the ER.
