OMG finally got really good crispy fried and decent burger here. The staff was patient when we needed a minute to order as well as making sure we had all the condiments a d utensils we needed.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They constantly tell you to pull to the side door so they don’t run up their times at the window. Then they forget you’re waiting. Went inside to see what’s up and they tell me that they don’t have an order for me…but you charged me and gave me a drink? So how does the order not exist? Go back to car to get receipt just so they can still get the order wrong and don’t give me half the items ordered. Wait 15 min for them to correct it. My mistake is repeatedly going back to where they continue to not give me items I ordered. Does anyone manage this place??

Came thru the drive thru about 2 hours before closing on a Friday night. There was no wait, not a single person in line. We ordered 2 spicy chicken combos and were bluntly told it was going to be a wait. We waited 10-15 minutes. The bags were greasy, like the fries had been sitting in them a while. Sure enough the fries were room temperature. Also the chicken on one of the sandwiches was so tough that it was inedible.

Absolutely the worst meal I ever had. Please allow me to explain. Cheeseburger was haphazardly assembled. When I attempted to fix it the bun completely crumbled in my hand it was so stale. The burger also had chunks of brown lettuce. French fries were cold. The iced tea tasted spoiled. Terrible, terrible meal.

Please don't order any food after 10 pm and if you do make sure its fresh ..my order of 10 piece nuggets and fries was cold as tonight's weather...only reason I didn't return my order is because I wasn't given a receipt and it's my own fault for thinking I would get a good meal after 10pm

On todays visit for lunch. The lobby smelled and the burger tasted just like the lobby looked and smelt, like death. I couldnt finish the burger and I had to leave the establishment for fresh air outside. The lobby was not clean and the windows were dirty, hasnt anybody cleaned that place since it was remodeled?

I got an order of the new Chicken tenders. Loved the crunchy batter, great flavor. However the chicken was tough. Able to bite through half of the tender but then met with resistance. Had I not been driving I would of used knife and fork and would of been fine

Food was ok. Average for fast food. The restaurant didn't seem very clean and they were out of most drinks on the drink machine. No sugar free options at all and quite a bit of the regular drinks were out as well.
