Drive through in the morning is bad. They tell u to pull around to the other side of the building so their ti es are fast then you just sit there waiting. They couldn't keep up with three cars.

Update: Went back for breakfast again to try it out. Still horrible. Everytime I go there. My breakfast sandwich had something weird tasting on it that wasn't suppose to be there then I noticed mold on my bun. My wife also had an old bun. It tasted like it was ready to mold. It's the absolute worst fast food place I'v ever been to. I'm contacting corporate and I don't normally do stuff like that. I don't know if it's just morning crew or what but is awful,

Anyone that enjoys a good frosty knows where to go. They service is great and everyone is friendly but they seem a little bit over worked. This is not their fault, just seems like corporate expectations create an environment that is not employee friendly. I try to cheer them up everytime I see them

2 weeks in a row they sent me home with the wrong order. 1st time I let it go. 2nd time .. Called for a refund. After a 8 minute conversation I am informed I have to drive back to the location for a refund. Can't happen a third time if I don't go back.

It's very important to greet customers know matter how busy you are! When a customer is standing at the counter and you have a manager walk by you 3 times no greeting another employee on his phone at the counter no greeting I know about being busy but greet your customers it goes a long way I worked in a restaurant for 16 years and greeting customers was a big deal. Acknowledge they are there that is all you need to do!

Quick place to eat. We went there late. The fries were served cold. The frosty was put away at 9:30 pm, so no frosty for us. The ketchup was old and it tasted weird it ruin the cold fries The coke machine didn'thave regular coke. The burger was great and the place was clean.

The website says the store opens at 6:30 am. I’m there at the drive through at 625 am waiting at 6:32 am I ask if they’re open a lady comes on tells me it’s going to be awhile until they open since someone didn’t show up to work . She did ask me what I was going to order I told her a breakfast burrito and the manager said that I will have to wait that they’re not opening any time soon . Big issue there that needs solved. The manager is rude and disrespectful and they’re not opening on time .

When you do a mobile order to prevent having to sit and wait on your food, waiting 15 minutes for your food after the order was placed and corporations don’t see a problem with this???

The inside is beautiful! I love the layout! So many seats and the place is clean.

The food was alright. My eggs in my salad tasted a little off but you can always just pick it out. I’m not a picky Karen. The service was great and my rewards scanned easily. It’s not easy to get into if you have a wheelchair.
