The crew working tonight was great! My ordered was incorrect at first to where I had to park and go in with all of my kiddos after being in the drive thru (might been my fault bc my toddler was very vocal while I was ordering) ….but the employees were incredibly thoughtful and kind about it. I appreciate their hard work!

Really, it seems that the majority of the wendys i go to are not great. The management needs to train or retrain the employees for customer service and preparation of the food items. I was not sure, but I think one of the employees may have their kids there, and to me, that should never happen. This is a business.

Ordered 3 combs Friday evening. Got home and 2 of the 3 combos were wrong. Have tried calling the number on the receipt, it rings once and disconnects.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Got a biggie bag with a double stack burger and when I took a bite out of it this is what was pulled from the burger. A PIECE OF PLASTIC! 🤮. Asked for a refund and was told by the manager that I needed to contact the GM. Save your money go somewhere else

This has to be the fastest location ever. Tried the new Krabby Patti meal. It's basically a Dave's single with extra pickles and what seemed to be a version of Big Mac sauce. It was yummy, but my favorite thing was the pineapple frosty!
I never seem to have a problem with this Wendy’s but honestly it’s when I go around night shift. Night shift seems to always get my order correct and I never have a problem especially when I’m going thru drive thru. I went to today and apparently they couldn’t get my order correct or understand what I wanted. The communication was bad. I normally would give a 5 star review but I will give a 2 this time around due to the situation and the lack of communication

Fries were cold this time. 😑 The pretzel burger was great, chili was th÷ norm for Wendy's. Drive thru service was quick, that's why one on the "Atmosphere"
