Guess I shoulda gave them 3 hours instead of 2. Ordered at 4:30 for a 6:30 pickup and I still waited 20 mins .

Food didn’t taste fresh, they also forgot to put any ranch in our order and we should have had 3. That was very disappointing because it’s not the same without the ranch.

Came in here to pick up some food for work. I had to use the restroom because I’m out on the streets all day delivering not only that I’m 51 years old and no one is going to tell me what to do, when I first walked in I’m gonna head to the bathroom. The girls behind the counter said are you here to pick up a DoorDash? Yes I am but I’m going to the restroom first Because I was about to pee in my pants. The one girl got a little pushy and said you need to confirm before you go to the restroom, no I do not. I’m going to the restroom first then I’ll come out here and confirm when I can actually physically touch the food then I’ll hit confirm I’m not going to confirm until I confirm that I have the food. … I’ve been doing this a little over three years. I’ve been in customer service over 40 years. You do not treat people like that. You do not tell people what to do.… We used to go by there all the time and get their wings. I will never go back there and get their food and I will never deliver for them again. Stay blessed 😇

On three occasions now I have ordered online and my food is not ready at the time they estimate. That would not be a problem but they have me wait inside the restaurant for 40+ more minutes while serving other guests who walk in. Just horrible customer service and the location is dirty.

When this location first opened we came in.......service was so bad I swore I would never go back. However, a friend has raved about the Mandarin location, and we agreed they had just opened on our first visit. So maybe things had gotten better........oh hell no! We have been sitting at the OP location for 45 minutes waiting on our online order. The service is really bad, and the person they have working has absolutely 0 customer service skills.
So, did they improve in the last 4 years? Big nope, now I will really never come back! Our friend swears by the Mandarin location, so the obvious problem is this location,!!!!!!

The WINGS were TERRIBLE! I know old wings when I see and taste them. These were LEFTOVER from yesterday and dipped in sauce. Not only that but I ordered 10 and got 8. Who didn’t go to elementary school? SMH. Also I asked for no seasoning on the fries and instead they were heavily salted. How incompetent is this group. I don’t know who was cooking, I think it was the white guy with the dreds. The next time I go there and he’s working I’m turning around and going somewhere else. There’s a short African American girl with braids there also. She’s just as bad. WORST WINGS EVER? Definitely NOT worth the 45 minute wait.
