Just paid $3.65 for a Medium Sweet Tea. People need to start banning drinks, period!!! GOUGING CUSTOMERS!!

I paid for the sauce sampler and did not get any sauces. No straws either. Food is always decent though.

WAY OVER COOKED SHRIMP! Cold fries. We had to wait for the food...wonder why it was cold.

I don't know what is going on with this Zaxbys, but it has definitely gone down hill. We eat from here often, and our food use to be hot, fresh, and CORRECT! Tonight was the total opposite. The salad we ordered was supposed to have no tomatoes and no cucumbers, and it was LOADED with both. The receipt even said no tomatoes and no cucumbers..The chicken strips we ordered were hard and cold, and so were the fries in both our meals as well as our sons! Our son got the Zaxbys chicken strip kids meal and got fries, and ONE tiny chicken strip, and its supposed to, and always has come with TWO..This is ridiculous. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS LOCATION?? Ya'll gotta do better!

The entire staff working on March 29th 2025 at 5:45pm was absolutely incredible!! They were all super respectful, professional and incredible employees. It was my first time and they treated me like a regular customer that comes every day. I will be coming back. Crystal who took my order did an absolutely fantabulous job! They all deserve recognition for their amazing work!

I am not sure what has happened to this Zaxbys but here lately it has just been horrible. The amount of money it is and the food isn't what it used to be is just upsetting. With last night to top it off. We pulled up last night and there was no one in drive through nor inside, it was 9:15pm they close at 11pm. We ordered our food 3 meals, 1 big zax snack, Nibbler meal, and a chicken finger plate got our total and pulled up to the window, they took payment handed us our drinks and pulled us up to the double doors. I thought there's no one behind us and no one in front of us who ordered but ok. We sat there for about 5 minutes for them to bring our food out. We left got home less than 5 mins away and went to eat our food for it not to even be hot, barely warm. Half the chicken was so crunchy there was parts we couldn't even eat, the fries were cold. This was just disappointing after spending $40 for 3 meals. Please Zaxbys step up so I can continue to love your food.

I didn't like my cobb salad as much as I used to.

Worst salad ever..soggy old lettuce..new southern fried shrimp had no flavor..I paid 20$ for a salad and a frozen lemonade..no way will I be back.

Clean dining area. Food was very fresh and great quality. No shrinkflation here which surprised me. Very courteous staff.

The store is dirty. The people look nasty. I seen two employees walk out the bathroom not washing their hands. Management sucks all the way up to the GM. This place has gone down please try other Zaxby's because you just might get food poisoning

My food was horrible the GM Issac Mauro loves to waste people time he is not a good GM he does not appreciate his workers he looks at them like they are robots not people. He is very rude he does not follow Zaxbys mission statement. I’ve witnessed him speaking down to one of his employees. Not to mention the poor food portion compared to the other Zaxby’s. His portions are small and his sandwiches are dry even when asked for extra sauce.I could Neva work for manager who does not show compassion for his team and customers . Plus he sits in the office and watch his teammates struggle to keep up and then fires them when they do not fit his standards

Went to the drive thru and ordered the family pack. We had to wait 15-20 minutes since we ordered almost 9pm already. They made the food fresh. Efficient customer service qt the drive thru. We will keep coming back to this Zaxby's location.
