I will admit the chicken has gotten a little better . Not so slimy like it used to be , but there were some serious hard tooth chipping crunchy pieces with the fried strips . The sauce isn’t as zesty as I remembered it . I got the three mini chicken finger slider sandwiches , the meal . Fries were ok . Wasn’t worth the eleven bucks or so I paid for it . Seven bucks would have made more sense , especially since it wasn’t a large meal . Oh and the sodas were straight up carbonation , lack of syrup is an understatement. I only go because my nephew loves them but if I had it my way we would eat elsewhere . Actually that was the only time I got something to eat with him because my sugar was low . I ate one of the sandwiches and my nephew ate one and I gave the other one to the cats out by a dumpster near Walmart. Kids working there of course they seemed less than enthusiastic to be there but that’s expected, no complaint there . Atmosphere is bleh , had to walk thru a maze and super close to other ppl eating to get to the counter . I went inside because the line was very long outside and nobody inside but it took longer than the drive thru , and I was the only order in there .

Just paid $3.65 for a Medium Sweet Tea. People need to start banning drinks, period!!! GOUGING CUSTOMERS!!

I paid for the sauce sampler and did not get any sauces. No straws either. Food is always decent though.

WAY OVER COOKED SHRIMP! Cold fries. We had to wait for the food...wonder why it was cold.

I don't know what is going on with this Zaxbys, but it has definitely gone down hill. We eat from here often, and our food use to be hot, fresh, and CORRECT! Tonight was the total opposite. The salad we ordered was supposed to have no tomatoes and no cucumbers, and it was LOADED with both. The receipt even said no tomatoes and no cucumbers..The chicken strips we ordered were hard and cold, and so were the fries in both our meals as well as our sons! Our son got the Zaxbys chicken strip kids meal and got fries, and ONE tiny chicken strip, and its supposed to, and always has come with TWO..This is ridiculous. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS LOCATION?? Ya'll gotta do better!
