Lamb Phall, never had it, my go-to is vindaloo. Very nice spicy and that awesome blend of bold and delicate flavors together.Chilli naan was probably some of the prettiest I've ever had and the texture was wonderful crunchy light and chewy but not too chewy.Definitely have to go back for the buffet on the weekend I believe they said they have 20 plus dishes and it's $18. I'm not an expert on Indian cuisine but this is delicious and seems like it's not just Americanized. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and passionate.This is another no-brainer win if you're looking for Indian anywhere in Sarasota County I would drive there for it. It's also quite a bit more affordable than some of the places up in Sarasota.

We love Bay Leaf. We usually split three dishes for four people unless I want to take home a leftover, which I often do! We continue to try new things. Have not gone wrong yet. Favorites: chicken Korma and coconut mango curry but you can’t go wrong! Their pashwari naan is to die for!

We went here for the first time and tried out the lunch buffet. We loved all the selections! It also came with naan. I wish there was mango dessert though. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was nice and clean. Will definitely come back to this hidden gem!

Delicious lunch buffet Sunday afternoon! Good price, great service.
One of the best Indian restaurants Ive been to in Florida. Location is a bit farther away from everything else but everything else makes up for it. The restaurant itself is very spacious, clean, and has a nice ambiance. The service is amazing, very nice hosts and servers. Their lunch thali offers an incredible value, for $15 you get to pick a chicken entree, rice, naan, papad, samosa, chole, and a dessert. I had to take some to go because I couldn't finish it all. Their butter chicken was some of the best Ive had, not just some plain chicken in tomato sauce, it was actually veey flavorful and the chicken was well marinated. They also have buffet on weekends which I will be coming back to try. Definitely recommend!
