We had our first dinner at Bella Vino tonight. Eggplant Rollatini with spaghetti, salad and homemade bread. Excellent. We will be back.
Horrible experience. Service VERY slow. Food decent but I take offense to the fact that the menu lists 2 tacos for a price or 2 enchiladas for a price, but no matter what kind of "filling" you order, there's an extra charge. The menu listed 2 enchiladas for $18 - I ordered one with pork and pineapple and one with chicken and the two enchiladas came to $29. Ridiculous - very misleading prices on the menu. I wonder what kind of enchiladas could I have gotten for $18. Last time we'll go there.

This relatively new restaurant in our neighborhood serves Mexican and Italian cuisine. The food, service and ambiance was great. One of is had chicken fajitas and the other chicken picata with pasta marinara ... all very good.
SKIP IT!The worst of both worlds- Mexican/ Italian- Food - mediocre,- Caesar Salad, dry, limp lettuce, no dressing- Pasta was doughy, undercooked. but (homemade)- Eggplant, Meh!- Service- poor, understaffed, inattentive- 1.5 hours to get our salad, arrived 2 hours?Atmosphere- ok jazz singer

Four of us decided to try Bella Vino & Cucina since we had never been. Our reservations were for 6 pm. We did not know there were a few flights of stairs we had to go up and their elevator had no lights inside so we took the stairs. First, the men ordered beers from the menu. None of them were in stock and we were told that was because the Mexican part of the restaurant that is downstairs took them all. All our orders came with a salad. Mine, and the other lady's salad had to be returned because of the condition of the lettuce...brown and wilted. Then came our meals. The men ordered the same thing and the women also ordered the same meal. The men were okay but we could not eat ours. The eggplant parm was spicy and the pasta was dry. The waitress said since the cook is Mexican, his idea of spicy and ours are different. I will say the restaurant was not crowded. When we got there, only two tables were in use and one needed to be cleaned up. They left and we were alone. Would we return? Not at all. And that explains why there weren't any other people there.

The food was very good. There are better Italian restaurants in the area, but this is still a fine place to go for dinner. It is a nice environment and pleasant place to eat. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
Worst Italian food I have ever

It's a little hard to find above a Mexican restaurant but ohmygosh was it worth it. We had the meatballs as a starter - they were fabulous. They bake the bread fresh for you. So don't rush it. Warm, crusty, light and soft in the center. So good. The eggplant parm was probably at least ten thin layers of eggplant lightly fried (not oily at all) covered in a tangy sauce covered with cheese, baked and served as a very generous portion with a side of homemade pasta. It was the best I've ever had. One dining companion had the carbonara and it was fantastic. Another had the trio. And another the chicken piccata. All delicious. The house salad has a heavy vinaigrette so if that's not your thing, you may want to opt for a different dressing. I had the soup and it was smoky bean and pasta. Very good. They make their own pasta and mozzarella and it shows. I would eat there again tomorrow...and the day after...
The sauce was amazing. I would compare it to my mother-in-law’s! What is really nice, is that you can order Italian from upstairs or Mexican from downstairs. Something for everyone! And our waitress deserves a 10. Her name was Cheyenne.

WARNING! This restaurant needs to close! I ordered food on Super Bowl Sunday via door dash. When I got to restaurant to pick the food up, the doors were locked. I banged on the door and a person answered. They said the owner closed very early today. I told them I had paid for the food via door dash and there was no indication that they were closed. Was told the owner did it. The owner was not around. I sent several emails and phone calls to owner with no response. Finally a manger answered me via email and said I have to deal with door dash. My credit card showed money went to Bella Vino. I finally called door dash today and they said up to 10 days to get refund. Owner of Bella Vino did not assist in this issue. Spent over an hour of my time on this.I ordered once before from this restaurant and noticed that the Italian restaurant up stairs is empty. My order that day was wrong and had to wait to get corrected. Owner again was not around to complain to. Something really wrong when the owner is not present.Only a matter of time before this closed because of poor ownership

A hidden gem. Literally. They've moved upstairs, and the signage is minimal. The Veal Parm was great. And the tiramisu was undoubtedly the best I've had in a long time.We will return.
