🎶 We hit up Turtle Beach, searchin’ for shells, Sun goin’ down, got that ocean smell. Dinner was done, bellies were tight, But one little stop turned into pure delight.
On the way home, we saw that sign, Crystal Cream Rolls—yeah, it’s ice cream time! Mama Cathy groaned, “Y’all, I’m still stuffed,” But we pulled right in—’cause one scoop’s not enough!
Me and my boo, Craig, rolled up in style, With the kids in the back, drivin’ that mile. Kalleigh, CJ, Anthony too, And little Miss Gia, our dessert crew.
24 flavors? We couldn’t believe, Sofia came through—she don’t let you leave. Free samples flyin’, she knew her game, Each taste better than the last—no shame!
Craig kept it classic, cherry and vanilla, Like an old-school, chill, ice cream thriller. Anthony and I went all out confetti, With Cookie Monster too? We were so ready.
CJ sipped slow on a peanut butter shake, That Explosion hit—make no mistake! Mom finally caved with the gator tail scoop, One bite in, and she joined the troop.
Gia went fudge, Kalleigh did both— Brownie fudge and gator? She took the oath. Every spoonful? A taste of bliss, Crystal Cream Rolls—you can’t top this.

The place looks really appetizing and very exciting and since I have to eat non-dairy ice cream. I was very excited about it. The inside looks super nice and was super clean unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get anything because all the non-very ice cream was just Italian ice. When I see an ice cream shop I at least expect two or three flavors to be non-dairy ice cream like for example, oat milk, almond milk or coconut milk ice cream it’s unfortunate that this place didn’t have anything I selected and had to leave because I was in a mood for ice cream.
Great place to get a Banana Split, a Boba Tea, Ice Cream (however you like it), a Milkshake or a Hot Fudge Sunday and the employees are great!

Fantastic Experience at Crystal Cream Rolls!
We had an amazing visit to Crystal Cream Rolls in Osprey! It was such a unique experience watching our ice cream being made fresh right in front of us—like a little performance of its own. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they put real care into every detail.
We decided to try the Very Berry Rolls since we’d never had anything like it before, and it did not disappoint! The flavors were rich and vibrant, yet perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, just right. The fresh ingredients really stood out, making each bite deliciously refreshing.
A huge shoutout to JD, who crafted our rolls with skill and artistry while providing the kindest customer service. The whole experience was both fun and satisfying, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This was a fun stop. I had never tried an ice cream roll before. They make your ice cream right in front of you on a freezing cold surface. It's fun and delicious. I got the very berry.
