I am upset at this location because I felt that I was taken advantage of today. The 3 people who came after me all received their orders within a few minutes, and all got their orders before me, while I waited patiently (with my 2 children) in front of the counter for 25 minutes after I placed the order (until everyone was taken care of). I only ordered 3 drinks and 4 donuts. When I complained, the staff member said he took care of everyone else first because their orders were smaller (1-2 drinks each), and that it was store policy. Actually, my order was smaller than everyone else’s combined. They were in/out within 5 minutes, while I waited with my 2 young children for 25 minutes! If that was the policy, something needs to be changed, because I could be waiting there for hours if more people kept on coming to place orders that were smaller than mine. I placed my order today at 3:50pm today, and didn’t get my order until 4:15pm. To make matters worse, when he finally got around to do my order, he completely forgot what I ordered and made me repeat my entire order again, because he said he “couldn’t remember when he has to make 10 drinks,” and said that I was making it a problem. My order was on my receipt, and is in the system already! If corporate is looking into this, my receipt number is #8159 placed on 9/23/25 at 3:50pm. Also, bluntly saying that “the customer is making it a problem” is completely unprofessional. Other people only had to wait less than 5 minutes, while I had to wait 25 minutes, because he chose to take care of everyone else who came after me first. His reason was “otherwise there will be complaints.” Then he tried to give me 2 extra donuts (which I refused) for making me wait, which is an insult, because my time is much more valuable than 2 donuts. If I wanted 2 more donuts, I would’ve bought them. I would rather that he take care of me in the order of the time my order was placed. I feel that there is injustice because I was skipped by 3 people (literally EVERYONE) who came after me, and the staff thinks giving me 2 donuts would compensate me for my time. Other people were treated as Dunkin Donut customers, but I was not. He justified his actions by saying “otherwise there will be complaints.” Apparently, he thinks other people will complain, but doesn’t think that I will. Well, usually I don’t complain, but I am complaining today because I think All customers should be treated equally.

Just went to Dunkin on national donut day and was greeted by Tara with the biggest smile on her face! She was so vibrant and enthusiastic….. the store is beautiful and tidy…. The staff there deserves a lot of praise!! Happy donut day 🍩

One of the workers has their kid there during work hours. They did not give refund for an order not completed. Taking order with system down. Sounds like theft to me. Will be calling cooperate to follow up. Oh they also threw the change in our car hurting my toddler.

I did a mobile order and the 2 donuts I ordered had been replaced and I was notified. I was told that only 1 of the donuts was replaced not both of them. I’m highly disappointed with this due to the fact that I ordered 2 vanilla headlight donuts and received powder donuts with creme. That’s not what I expected them to be replaced with. They should’ve been replaced with chocolate frosted donuts or munchkins to compensate this. I’m high disappointed with this visit. Something needs to be done.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts in Osprey, FL and had a wonderful experience. I ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream on top, a decaf iced coffee with cream and sugar, and a small hot coffee—all of which were delicious! The drive-thru was convenient, and the service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this location for a quick and enjoyable coffee stop. Located in a shared space with CIRCLE K gas station.
place was empty upon arrival. parking lot dirty with food. three employees talking to themselves. no bagels or breakfast sandwiches available to purchase. we left. sign says new management...sad business

Terrible staff leader is constantly showing her self as uncaring she don't care if the customer is there they ignore every one so once you start to order it becomes more incoherent disturbing and just plain uncomfortable environment with the morning team today they need training. After noon during the rest of the day the staff will never notice the menu items they dont have for sale so they go back and check like 3 times delaying your order process. They have other personal conversations so loud they forget to address customers when the orders are finished or ready.
