It's been a while since I've been in a Dunkin, but as I was leaving Walmart I noticed Dunkin on the way out, so I swung in. The Young Lady at the counter greeted me immediately and was very pleasant. She helped me with getting familiar with new items and helped me Decide On The watermelon refresher!!! What a delight that was! Perfect suggestion for a perfectly hot day! She engaged in conversation and made our brief interaction very comfortable. She is definitely a good Asset to Dunkin and I will be visiting more regularly! Thanks Ginny(I think that's what she said her name was)

This particular DD is one of my favorites! I appreciate Shannon and her sups in providing a hot and delicious Dark Roast so early in the morning! It's brightly-lit, with plenty of room and a large TV screen kept low (captions, of course), AND CLEAN. A 'perfect place' to make out a list of what I intend to purchase 'next-door' at Walmart... ?!

Stopped here this morning on way to car repair. Not busy. One other person. I ordered my coffee and a bagel with bacon etc. Sat and drank my coffee about ten minutes. No bagel so I asked why. She looked up from her phone and said she has worked 13 days in a row. That had nothing to do with my order she forgot! Why do they hire people like that? I will not be back. Really pathetic!

I placed an order for the company I work for to support our employees affected by the hurricane. Only half our order was delivered. When I contacted the store they stated they did not have the dough to make the munchkins or any bagels. I understand we had a hurricane, but they should have contacted us to let us know. When I asked about a refund they said I’d have to call tomorrow and maybe get a refund then. Horrible customer service and a very disappointing feeling to be short on food for our wonderful employees. Would not recommend this store.

All my experiences at Dunkin Donuts have been pleasant, but this latest one at Osprey Florida is noteworthy because of Rebecca. In her 80th hour of her work week, she exhibited a pleasant demeanor and efficiency that compelled this review.

Terrible. The girl Rebecca behind the counter is rude and unprofessional. I over heard her cussing and talking about her personal issues that should be kept out of the workplace. She smells of cigarette smoke all the time. There is a brand new Dunkin Donuts just north of this location, not even a half mile. The customer service is 10 times better and the staff doesn't smell of cigarette smoke.
