We enjoy coming to this place but after today we probably won’t be back. Around noon on 3/30/24, First our meal came out and the appetizer didn’t until we had nearly finished our meal. She mentioned this should have came out before the food.. so was asked to remove it from our bill we didn’t want it since we had already ate our meal. Must have made the bartender mad. (Long hair ponytail). I get that she got busy with the bus that came and that didn’t frustrate us but when she heard me order two more drinks after she failed to ask if we wanted another drink, she nodded but never filled brought us our drinks. She did however take drink orders from everyone around us. Note another customer said he’d take the appetizer so it didn’t go to waste. Very disappointing. We are locals as well.

Bad odor coming from beneath deck - sewage? Poor landscaping around waterside picnic tables. Jerk chicken sandwich way over done. Grouper sandwich had a very small pice for the price. Waitress was excellent.

Even a great view cannot compensate for never receiving our food..... Got here at 5;20, Ordered a house salad with scallops. It's 6:48 and still no food....WTH? Food trickled in to others in our party. 2 soups, and a shrimp cocktail and another house salad. MIA. Won't be back. Stars for service were because our drinks were at least filled

Oh my gosh we had the best time! Plenty of parking, waterfront, tiki bar experience, best bartenders! They usually have live music and just a fun atmosphere.

This is a lovely place with a great staff, and great food! I recommend calling ahead for a reservation if you want to sit outside upstairs on the third floor. One of the few places that will split plates.
Raw sewage from a pipe going into the water. Saw a rubber glove hanging out the end of the pipe. Will never go there again due to their disregard for the EPA.

I had a nice time in this place. Beautiful view, and the drink I ordered the frozen strawberry margarita I ordered was yummy and refreshing, I highly recommend going to Spanish Point.

My wife and I are locals (Sarasota), we frequently drive south to just drive. We have been to this location multiple times. It's a cool spot. We swung in today, we sat next to the water and that was the last time we were talked to from staff for 25 minutes. Literally had the table in front of us and behind order drinks and food and got them before anyone even came to our table. We just got up and left.
