This is a five-table cafe that just serves good American country food. They have sufficient parking. We had the fried shrimp which was pretty good sized, with homemade cocktail sauce. The grilled chicken sandwich was also good and plenty big. For their size the menu had lots of choices. Service was good. We will stop by again.

Someone told us about how great the food is at the Sweat Pea. We stopped by and we both had their chicken fried steak and I have to agree that the meal was great. Maybe the best CFS I have ever eaten!!!

Outstanding hamburgers, BLT’s other sandwiches and chicken strips with gravy. We were there for lunch and did not order dinner items, but they had award winning chicken fried steak. They also have an extensive menu. If you are looking for great, flavorful home cooking, this is the place for you.

Hidden gem worth a visit! We split and burger and the home made onion rings. Husband had the steak finger basket. Everything is freshly prepared. Planning on making a return trip to the cat fish and chicken fried steak. Friendly with great service too!

Paper is great but as a paid subscriber for Many years the ability to read online stories is repeatedly aggravatingly frustrating and limiting.

My wife and I stopped in to eat. This was a great surprise. Home-made onion rings. My steak finger basket was fantastic. All of my food was home-made and not from a box of frozen food. My wife's cheeseburger was huge and made her very happy. We will definitely be going back.
Personally speaking....I enjoy the WATERLINE. Good editing.. is a plus!

Sweet _Ps moved in where Alphins BBQ used to be. The food is great..... burgers are really good. Everything on the menu is good. Every thing is mage fresh. My favorite is the fish sandwich. No frozen fish patty but fresh catfish fillet that is larger than the bun.

I saw this restaurant on the enternet and have just moved to Montgomery so I wanted to try out new places. The food was absolutely wonderful and the service was some of the best.

Everything we ardered was undercooked,fast food present there food better than this 💩..we ordered seafood and it was terrible the cooks just don’t know what they’re doing or either they know and don’t give a damn..never again
