The food is so good. But the service is so horrible. It’s not that they aren’t trying or incompetent, they are just so consistently understaffed. Called tonight for take out order, was asked “to hold”. Their phone was placed down for 20 minutes, with all of the background noise, and no one came back. I drove there and walked in, still connected to the call. Seriously, who runs a business like this? I told the sweet yet flustered young girl that the food is so good, but the service is so poor. She said “yes, but we’re busy…”. I’m sorry, that’s not a good excuse. Hire one or two more people. At a certain hourly wage, you will get someone.

Used to be good but gone way downhill cheapened up use of celery and zucchini filler veggies instead of traditional Thai ingredients. Minced up proteins - really? Where’s the beef or chicken? Will not be back until they give value, taste and real Thai ingredients .

Quoted 30 min for takeout on a weeknight. Took 45 minutes to get food. Pad Thai with tofu was great. Pad See Ew with chicken was supposed to be mild and was quite hot and spicy. Disappointed that my order wasn't ready on time nor prepared as ordered.
