The food is so good. But the service is so horrible. It’s not that they aren’t trying or incompetent, they are just so consistently understaffed. Called tonight for take out order, was asked “to hold”. Their phone was placed down for 20 minutes, with all of the background noise, and no one came back. Quoted 30 min for takeout on a weeknight. Took 45 minutes to get food. Pad Thai with tofu was great. Pad See Ew with chicken was supposed to be mild and was quite hot and spicy. Disappointed that my order wasn't ready on time nor prepared as ordered.
Dinner last evening a last minute decision. It was an outstanding surprise! From the Thai Beer ? and Ginger Delight our favorite choice of are restaurant choices for Thai. It was the richest and complex in flavor structured and freshness. Chef did an outstanding job ???? Our server was exceptional and didn’t need to write down our decisions. Great work team Thai Hot ?????? we will return with smiles. ?
