I have gone to this Wendy’s before with no problems. The food was always hot and the drinks were nice and refreshing. This time though, my burger was dryer than normal and the fries were drowning in salt. The Coca-Cola option for the machine was all out except for the normal kind. All those slightly put me off yet wasn’t what angered me the most. One of the employees on duty (I think it was the manager) had some extreme attitude towards me when I kindly said they forgot the drink for my meal. She looked at me annoyed and gave me my drink. She then walked away after I asked for my sauce as well and she only turned around after one of the other kind employees said I needed something else. She came back and said they are out of that sauce with an annoyed (again) voice. The restaurant is clean and modern yet sometimes has a slight puddle of water on the ground and it is very cold inside as if it is a freezer. Why don’t they save some money by putting the ac at a normal temp? I recommend to sit outside…

I was honestly shocked by the behavior of the manager, Amari Dunbar in the Night Shift, As a customer, I witnessed him being extremely rude to his employees, especially the old age staff members. He was dismissive, raised his voice, and even threw things toward them in a very disrespectful way. It was upsetting to see someone in a leadership position treat people like that. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

This is one of the best Wendy's in the area. Nice and modern, very clean and bright. The manager is awesome, she gave me a free small frosty swirl, so I could try one of the new flavors.

If you only have time to go to one place on your lunch break, don’t get on this place. More often than not the food is cooked terribly to the point it is inedible. Won’t waste my 30m lunch traveling here anymore.
