It's a quaint small Arby's service was good the food was a good quality

I order a Buffalo chicken sandwich with the jalapeno bites. Get back to work take one bit l. I knew something was off. I look at the sandwich and the chicken filet was completely raw. Bearly look like it hit the grease for 30 seconds.

This Arby's location is fantastic! The food came out fresh and hot, and tasted great! I love the shakes here and would recommend you give it a shot, especially the chocolate shake. But even better than the food was the service. I was helped by Max and they were fantastic and delivered efficient service. They were very nice, funny, and patient with me while I was looking through the menu! I would absolutely recommend this establishment, by far the best Arby's I have been to!

Sooo slow. Literally had 3 card parked and I waited 15 min for 2 sliders. Get it together
The people taking your order at the drive through are kind,and attentive. However, there's a young lady manager that's either really miserable or hates her job..and it shows. She's rude and condescending to the customers and the staff. I'll get her name next time and update my feedback.

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with such genuine warmth and professionalism that I instantly felt at ease. It’s clear she takes immense pride in her work and puts in 110% effort every step of the way.
What truly stood out was her attention to detail and her ability to juggle everything flawlessly, all while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude. I’ve recently started coming to Arby’s on my lunch breaks from AutoZone, and I’ve been really impressed. On my first visit, Ashley went above and beyond! She walked me through the menu, made sure I was taken care of, and quickly resolved a small issue with my order. On my second visit, Brian also delivered excellent customer service and made it a great experience. Big thanks to the Arby’s team for the friendly service!

Should be no stars! The guy working last nights June 17th around 11 pm needs a new job he’s miserable with life it self ! Stop him from selling cold roast beef sandwiches!! He doesn’t care about the job nor the food! While he’s making your food he’s touching all over his dirty uniform shirt while waiting for the buns to heat up! So not only is his attitude nasty but he’s clearly not the most SANITARY Individual!

Came through the drive through and Matthew was great! Super friendly and an awesome interaction! Food was great and service was quick.
1. No wet floor sign!! Easy lawsuit! 2. The manager that was on duty didn’t want to be there. 3. My husband talked to the “shift manager “ and he said “I thought there was a wet floor sign”. 4. This girl was that working there kept pacing back and forth like she was gonna say something. 5. There were 3 employees working and the o my one that had a name tag on was the manager. 6. After my husband said something i waited til we got our food and said well it’s not like there’s a wet floor sign. 7. Then I looked at the girl and said go ahead say something I’ve been standing here watching you pacing back and forth like you wanna say something then she had the nerve to say that we were being immature cuz we said something about the wet floor!!! I am so tired of going to these places and getting POOR service cuz they don’t care about customer service. We’ll just chalk that up to another place that we WILL not go to!!!
