My wife and I came in two nights in a row. Our first night we had Naomi as our server and she was great. My wife tried a ‘beach bum beer’ at her recommendation and it was really good. We loved the garlic knots and the pizza and wings.
The second night we had Tracy and she was also really kind and helpful. Loved interacting with the staff and enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. We will definitely be back!

Our family of six absolutely loves Backstreet! It’s one of our favorite places to go for a great meal and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The servers are always friendly and easy to connect with, and the owners genuinely care about their customers—it really shows!
We’re big fans of their pizza and wings (always a hit with our crew!), and they have a great selection of wine and beer to go with it. Whether we’re dining in or getting delivery—at least once a month!—Backstreet never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a local spot with heart, great food, and a true family-friendly vibe!
Went for a couple of slices of pizza and left not wanting to return. I've been a customer for over 15 years and today I saw lack of employee safety and lack of food safety. I notice the cooks don't wash there hands nor where gloves. I have a person wearing blue tape on their finger as a bandage, and to top it off when I grab my box of slice cheese pizza there was red sauce all over the box which got on my hands and wallet. The employee look high and disorganized. I'll never return to backstreet again after 15 years of being a reliable customer.

I have tried every Pizza and town except Backstreet. Finally did it last night. Sorry, but we all agreed at home that there was just very little taste to it. It needs salt or something, taste like water down sauce. It was also very expensive, for what we got.

When they first opened it was amazing. Since then had gone downhill. When I go in the drink station is always a mess, the display case is terrible. I ordered a large mushroom Swiss burger over cooked and dry. Fried mushrooms and onion rings over cooked and 20 mild wings also over cooked and dry. I could tell likely due to oil needed to be changed. Already stored ordering pizza because of consistent burnt crust over powers the flavor of the pizza. I highly encourage going back to the beginning. I love supporting local business but at this time I can't. Even on your website they show the bottom of the pizza and is burnt. Would appear that's how is supposed to be. Taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered two large pizzas an hour in advance to be picked up at 6:45. Arrived at 6:40 expecting to wait 5-10 minutes. Pizza was not ready until 7:20, over 35 minutes past the time we scheduled. Kept being told that it was almost done, and it was clearly not. This was our first visit and we were prepared to never return. The supreme was okay, the buffalo chicken pizza was fantastic. We would MAYBE go back for the buffalo pizza. To me, for the price, the service was extremely lacking. May be under staffed but it was absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for a pre-scheduled online order.
Great food, love the pizza and the staff is always so nice and polite. Keep up the great work.

Whoever owns or manages this place needs to do a serious overhaul on their employees. Every time we order from here our pizza crust has been burnt and the flavors are overshadowed by the burnt crust. The past three times our pizza order has been wrong and we have gone back to get the correct order we paid for. This will be the last time we patronize this place, which is sad because they are local to us. Literally right across the street from our neighborhood. We gave this place our best shot and well we are done trying. At this point it's a waste of our money. Today I placed an order for pickup. When I got home I realized they made us the wrong pizza. So I went back to get the correct pizza we ordered. When I got there I let them know and the apology I got from the employees seemed more annoyed than anything. I was asked if I wanted to keep it and told them, no. It had mushrooms on it and I am highly allergic to them. I requested to have the one I ordered and paid for. While waiting for my pizza to be made an argument broke out in the kitchen. The employees started yelling at each other and the female employee was calling the male employee all kinds of four letter names that weren't appropriate at all. I sat there in shock. The male employee did not reciprocate the name calling. That was good on his part. My pizza came out a few minutes later and another weak apology for their mistake. No compensation was offered. That is fine because we won't be back.

We just did a Birthday Party in the room that they have. The food and service was amazing and I couldn't recommend them more. The food was very reasonably priced and Asley was fantastic helping out through our event.
