Ate here about a week ago. Decided to give it another try after a similar experience may months ago. Service was AOK. Food was not tasty (at all) and gave me gastritis. A week later still fighting it off. Same thing happened last time. For those that know, gastritis isn’t fun. I will NEVER be going back here and no longer suggesting this place as an alternative eats place. It’s either subpar ingredients or subpar food practices.The quality and taste could be same issue. Stay away!

Do you want bubble guts? This will give it to you! Not sure if unhealthy food practices or just sub par ingredients but after having the same issue a year previous I figured it was worth a shot again nope. Everyone in my party regretted it including next day regrets.Chicken tasted like it was boiled in dirty dish water.

Came in to pick up my online order. Waited almost ten minutes before any staff member was even to be seen. Finally someone came out and asked for my name. Then proceed to put a lid on a sushi box that had been sitting on the counter, open since I got there one of the rolls being raw fish. I then asked if it was mine, she said yes and I told her I would not be eating that. I asked for a refund and I got it.

My husband and I noticed this place when we went to visit the arcade next door. It was my sweetie's birthday and we were glad to find your place. Place is clean and comfy, great food options and cozy seats. Not going to lie, I wasn't expecting our food to be so delicious. Everything was wonderful, plated nice and orderly. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box (so good) and the tuna bowl plus a Crunch Signature Roll. Towards the end, their sign (located front of store, great marketing by the way) had a photo of a Spicy Mango Boba. I am not that crazy about Boba but this one, this one here... incredibly good. Those teeny bites of pepper were so good. Overall, we will be taking another drive over there soon to grab some more treats. We were very happy with our experience. Thank you to the team behind the scenes, you all did a great job!

Its now 515pm. My pickup time for my online order was 5pm. The order was placed at 3pm. Not sure why this suprises me because the last time the order was 50 minutes late. I'm told 10 more minutes. This was after standing there being ignored for 5 minutes. Suprising because over the phone they were aparantly slow and the order would be done early. Finally, 535pm and my order is done. 35 minutes late.....not as bad as 50 I guess. Do not recommend.

I placed a $600+ catering order for a work event. When I received the order, they left me 1 serving spoon, 1 pair of serving tongs, and a small stack of the tiniest plates (dessert plate size; 6" diameter) which barely held 1 spoonful of rice. I called to try to resolve the issue and was told "those are the only plates we offer for catering" and "you can come back by the restaurant to get more serveware." A more appropriate, acceptable response for a minimum standard of good customer service would have been an offer to come deliver the appropriate amount of serveware and bring appropriate sized plates instead of making the paying customer assume the responsibility for their failure to provide the basic essentials for catering. I should mention that their catering order confirmation did acknowledge that they would provide plates, utensils, and napkins.

Food prices are up. However my lunch chicken noodle bowl and 2 egg rolls ( no drink) was $22.47. With tip was 24.99. Not a big portion and no special service at all. Food ok. For $25 I would go somewhere else.

Not authentic. General tsao chicken taste like teriyaki chicken. Waste of money. Will not eat again. Also brought half the family’s meal out ten minutes apart. After all that waiting the food they brought out was cold.
We came into Bentos to get sushi at 7:30 pm. It took over an hour to get 6 rolls and two dumpling orders....We were told our sushi may take 20 minutes...this location needs to staff more people for weekends.

Slow--slow--slow--serves one meal--the other person waits for 10 minutes for theirs. College kids with no Asian food experience making your food--not good. The Noodle soup--yuk City--the Tufu--cold as ice on a little plate. Suck meter--1-10....plus 20
