My wife and I love the food at Bernie's. The new owners are the nicest people. When they have something on the menu they know we like they will call and check to see if we want anything before they sell out. The food is so flavorful and of course always so fresh. Monica and Claudio (owners) always have time to chat with their customers which is nice with today's busy world.

Have been wanting to visit for a while, but it's far from where I live. Met a friend who works in the area and used that as an excuse. It's lovely, a welcoming deli with takeout or dine in for full meals, sandwiches and desserts. Their specialty, chicken salad, is unusual. A very fine texture since all the ingredients are ground. Fantastic assortment of flavors and all were good. Friendly service, and they offer samples. Wish I could have justified trying a dessert. They all looked tempting.
