Loved seeing the birds and gators. A “Hole in the Wall” place with a local feel. Great food. LOVE the corn fritters and gator bites.

I've been here a few times and it was ok. This last time, the food was either not seasoned at all or wildly over seasoned and kind of painful to eat. The fish was waaaay over cooked in the tacos and we were really disappointed.

I driven hour from St Cloud to come to this bar because of Danielle. She is an amazing bartender. She creates such a great environment. Really like this place and love the staff!!

The Black Hammock Restaurant is such a fun, authentic Florida experience! Located right on Lake Jesup, it offers gorgeous waterfront views, great seafood, and a laid-back atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

I tried the gator bites and fried catfish — both were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The hush puppies were also a highlight! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was quick even though the place was busy.

A group of 12 met for lunch. My first time here. We sat in an larger room. It was air conditioned but the a/c was struggling with this July heat. Our waitress was on top of everything. Everyone had something different to eat but everyone was happy with their food. It is a place I would eat at again.

What an amazing place. Great food - the mahi tacos were sensational - two for one margaritas that are much stronger than they seem, and the BEST service. Liz looked after us like we were Kings and couldn't have been kinder or more friendly. Thank you so much, guys, we had a fantastic time.
