My kids like this place. They like this kind of food. I am not a fan. It's just not my kind of food. The service was good, prices are about what you would expect. The place was loud and they played weird music.

Orlando, FL. Close to the 417, this is a quick stop for a healthy meal. You choose your base from a few options, choose three toppings, and a protein. Btw I thought the pesto noodles were Zoodles (zucchini) so if you’re avoiding carbs ask questions. Everything tasted great!!!

Very healthy fresh food here in Oviedo. Driving from Orlando to Jacksonville ?, we (my wife and I) needed to eat something, looking for something fast and healthy ?, we searched here in google maps, and it’s take us to Oviedo’s BOLAY. It was around 2:30 pm., we found plenty space at the parking lot, just in front of the restaurant. The saloon is wide and clear, the veggies looked very fresh and the hot food also looked fresh. I asked for a brown rice, sweet potatoes and avocado ? in my bowl. The portions were not big but enough for me. My wife ordered a bowl of noodles and mushrooms with salmon. The portions were not generous but ok. The price was reasonable for the quality but not cheap. The flavor of the food was good. The service was fast and ok. The place was clean and the restrooms were ok. The experience was good and it was really fast, pleasant and convenient for us. I could be back again. ❤️
