Is this a dive? Yes, I won't lie. But it has a homey small town feel to it, the staff is very friendly and personable and "real" and remembers their customers, and the cook in the back seems to be a secret chef who loves what he does and is creative. The meats here are amazing, the fries beat anything anywhere. And I showed a tiktok of something I wished they'd put on the menu and they said "we can do that". Loaded baked potato with butter and cheddar cheese melted on top, covered in brisquet, pulled pork, and baked, and loaded with sour cream. It was divine and nothing short of a masterpiece. If you want good food, good beer, and a welcoming place that doesn't break the bank I highly recommend it. The photo is the special order, off menu, and better than I imagined it could be. The Caesar salad with brisquet is also amazing.

The food here is mediocre. Service was a bit bland. I wouldn't personally recommend this place. Also no drink menu, and no mixed drink options. Prices are reasonable though.

OH MY GOD!!!BonfiresThe Oviedo restaurant located at 1340 Alafaya Trail was temporarily closed after health inspectors found 31 violations during a Sept. 1 routine inspection.Rodent droppings, roach activity, and a pesticide-emitting strip found in the food prep area were among the seven high-priority violations.The restaurant later met inspection standards during a follow-up visit.

Bone fires never disappoints! Manger special sandwich was like no other. Best brisket and pulled pork in town! Combine these together with bacon, union rings, cheese, bacon and you have the BEST sandwich of your life guaranteed! The service and food quality is always consistent.Ps add this sandwich back on the menu for the locals! If it’s not there ask for the grilled cheese, pulled pork, brisket, bacon and onion rings on a Texas toast beast and you will come back for more.Thanks for always blowing us away with service and flavor.

Parking was adequate. Restroom was fairly clean. Service lacked a little bit, although she was friendly when she would come by. It was warm/ slightly hot inside. A majority of what was on the website (and menu) they either didn't serve any longer or they didn't have. What food that we able to order tasted okay and was close to temperature. I wasn't impressed enough to make a follow up visit.

Pretty decent place. We were there around 10:30am; the breakfast was good. I really wish that we were offered the menu with the chicken wings that everyone at the bar were eating because they smelled fantastic. I bet this place could get cranked up on a weekend night.

Better cleanliness and professionalism is my suggestion as the bathrooms were disgusting and barely functional and the facility also smelled very sour and nasty. Would not recommend to anyone.

The worst breakfast we've ever had. We couldn't eat it and took the eggs home for our dog. The eggs were cold. The cheese was not melted at all. The breakfast potatoes had so many onions that you couldn't taste the potatoes. The server seemed disinterested.

Do NOT come here for the barbecue. The brisket was not smoked, nor barbecued, but placed under a broiler. With NO seasoning, or barbecue sauce. It was the worst brisket I’ve ever had. The fries weren’t even good. Come for the bar experience if that’s what you’re looking for, but don’t come here to get dinner.

Breakfast was amazing. With so much competition in this area for breakfast. I just wanted to give bonfires credit for bringing it. Service was good, large portions. Reasonable pricing. Our new go-to place for breakfast.
