Oviedo Breakfast Club

My husband and I and a friend came in last Sunday to get some breakfast that wasn’t going to be so expensive as other breakfast places around here are and we’ve been here several times before.

We get inside and pick a booth and immediately have a server named Spencer that greets us and gets our drink orders in, then the food. Took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. My hubby got the French toast and eggs with American cheese and a side of bacon. Had to send it back because the cook used cheddar instead, they were quick about it. Then our friend got an omelette and hash browns with a side of toast, but didn’t get the side of toast we thought that Spencer wasn’t very attentive. I got the oatmeal with toast and bacon, but it took awhile because when it was ready, one of the other servers said no because the oats weren’t cooked all the way which I was fine with. The other server also apologized for that. Also forgot to mention when we got inside the ac was broken so it was incredibly hot inside which isn’t anyone’s fault. It’s Florida it’s very hot.

The issue we had was when after we paid my hubby had the front door still open and heard our server Spencer say ugh they only tipped me five dollars which I think is very rude to say and unprofessional. We weren’t rude or upset that my food was taking awhile it happens sometimes, But for Spencer to say that as we were leaving just kinda left a bad taste in my mouth.

Best hamburger hands down!! My husband and I tried several places including Ford’s Garage. This is by far our favorite place to grab a burger and fries. We HAVE to go at least once a week. Did I mention the fries are super crunchy and delicious?!! Save some for us!! ❤️

My wife and I have been on a mission to find the best hamburger around east Orlando/Oveido and we found it at The Breakfast Club Oveido. It’s a handmade patty, with what tastes like good quality lean beef.
We like their breakfast also, but the burgers will be our order for the foreseeable future.
The staff is always friendly and the service is quick.
We call it “In and Out”, because we don’t have to wait an hour to get seated and place our order. We’re just in and out and on our way to the rest of our day.

I consider my myself a breakfast snob and I usually don’t give out a five star review. I had excellent service from Spencer, the bloody
Mary was very good, the Hungry man breakfast won’t disappoint you! The waffle was a 10, crispy with a good malt flavor.

Recently visited this restaurant and was shocked how they raised their prices of the breakfast meals. For example their popular hungry man special was priced at $9.95 a few months ago. Now they raised the price to $14.95 which is a big increase in cost. Also the service is slower than before. I could see increasing the cost because the eggs shortage and some high prices but not by this much. They need to make some adjustments in the prices to win me back for breakfast.

Food was decent, and fairly priced, but the service was awful. Supposedly they had a new POS system, on a Sunday brunch service, but it took 2+ hours for our group of 7 to get in and out.

Also I ordered chocolate milk and got made fun of no less than 4 times by the server. Just wasn't enjoyable.

I was a refrigeration technician for several decades and have seen it all in the food industry but when your family gets sick you get upset and you take notice when you have to take your wife, husband, son, or daughter to the hospital and they have to stay overnight and their scared and your supposed to protect them and feel helpless because the owners knowingly had employees smoking dope behind the restaurant outside the backdoor and came inside to cook you something that they dropped on the floor... It was a joke until everyone found out and it started hurting innocent people trying to spend time with loved ones after church. It's not hard to care and respect your patrons isn't that what they're sign said hanging inside the place... Good food good friend or something!?

The best little diner in the Oviedo area. The produce is fresher than any other place I've been to in years. The cook is a genius and the servers are superb.
I love diners and try them all. This place is the best. Really.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with ham, eggs, and cheese. It was served piping hot. It was so good! The seasoned potatoes were hot and crispy too. Dana was a delight! The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming.
