This is the worst location aver. I placed an online order. I order some nuggets and the new cheesy tots. When I went to pick up my order and check the order, I noticed they replaced the cheesy tots for some mozzarella sticks (I don’t like mozzarella sticks) and I went specifically for the cheese tots. The lady in charge (hispanic lady) was very unprofessional. I asked her for the refund because I don’t eat mozzarella sticks, and she should asked me before replacing anything. She told me that if i don’t like it i can throw away the food but she can’t give a refund and closed the drive thru window in my face.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. We ordered 4 meals on the app and when we showed up to pick up the food we were told that it would because the “broiler” wasn’t on.

Many things have been said about this place. Lazy employees, bad food, etc, etc. However, I’ve never had any issues with the service nor the quality of the food. I love those damn whoppers.

I just arrived back in town after being out of state for a week and stopped at BK for my family. We went inside for take out. While there we waited about 5 min for the worker to take our order. After getting our order we waited about 15-20 min for our food. We noticed she put our fries in the holder right away. We knew they'd be cold. After getting our food finally, we confirmed the fries were actually cold. My wife asked for fresh hot fries and the lady was rude immediately. She dumped the fries out, using the same holders refilled the fries and threw the fries in the bag. Even the other customer in line noticed how rude she was. Then as we were walking out she was talking very disrespectful. This location and the workers are know in our city to be insanely rude, unprofessional and just overall crap people. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this was our first and last time there. That lady seriously sucks. Plus the floors were super sticky and dirty.

This ia a bad Burger King location - I recommend staying away. The owner should be removed or this location should just be shut down.In general, it's Burger King food - sometimes it hits the spot, it's usually an wide varierty of fast food options, and something for everybody. And often some interesting seasonal or promotional items.Regarding this location, it has been a problem for years - opening late, refusing orders due to having no staff, bullet holes in the drive through window that were left unrepaired for 6+ months, order takers that don't always speak English, inconsistent inventory of food (ex: chicken sandwiches) or even of supplies (ex: large cups), having to wait for orders when you were the only person in line, frequently forgetting sides or requested customizations, etc. Typically, we either deal with employees that don't give a damn or people that do care, but that are sabotaged by the owner - insufficient staffing and poor maintenance of the restaurant equipment or surrounding landscaping.Today, we went to pick up a mobile order for breakfast and ran into the usual round of issues:- Appeared to have a single employee working.- Told that our ordere could not be completed because the broiler had not been set up, that it would be another 40 minutes for that, and to come back later in the day for our full order (!!!).- Denied a refund of the items from the mobile order because they have no way to do so.- As the *only* car that was there at about 08:10 in the morning, having to pull around to the frony of the building to wait another 10+ minutes for what few pieces of our order it could complete.This location keeps having issues - on the times it is actually open and can take orders - and there is just a time/accuracy/cost penalty each and every time we go to this location.

Drive through was not operating - asked to drive to window and order. Server could not speak English very clearly. Food was unseasoned and cold. Diet Coke had very little syrup in it. This location has been consistently bad and often out of shakes and ice cream over several years. Not sure how they stay open. Perhaps I will learn from my mistakes one day and never return.

Never go to this Burger King! I keep giving this place a try for some reason and I regret my decision every time. Guaranteed 30 minute wait times for 1 sandwich. Never has enough staff on hand and that staff that is on hand either has a horrible attitude or they can hardly speak English. Save yourself the time and headache and never go here.
